Provider was very rude in completely unhelpful to a child who has disabilities. Maybe your office should be more inclusive and understanding of children that have disabilities.

I was able to be seen almost immediately virtually. The NP was incredibly kind and gave me some advice for following up for my chronic UTIs going forward.

Started with sore throat on Thursday, went to chest congestion, cough and nasal drainage.  Set up online appt.  Everything was easy and great and got a prescription called in.
