The Doctor was great, understanding and professionaly despite clearly being busy with covid/flu/strep all going around our community. Desk staff was very helpful and polite. Medical assistant as well.

Damn near passed out on this guys floor and he took me here. The receptionist did everything she could to help my broke ass. When I finally got seen, it felt like I was being welcomed into their home. Except I don’t like my family that much. She had to take like 12 photos of my ass, for a chest xray (which I thought was weird) but they finally found out I’m atypical! Yay me!

I called ahead and was able to walk in and be seen that day, get the medication I needed from a lapse in coverage. Thr care was good, the visit was quick. Bedside manner could be improved and I noticed boxes and stuff sitting around along the walls. Thr receptionist was great.

When arriving prior to scheduled appointment I was informed by the receptionist that their computer system was down earlier that morning and they were running a little behind schedule. I was in the waiting room for about an hour and a half before being called back. During my time in the waiting room receptionist had informed me she had been throwing up all morning. Once I was called back the nurse was kind towards me but unprofessionally complaining about the doctor. Overall, I was not impressed with the wait time, professionalism of the employees, or cleanliness of the facility. Total time spent at the urgent care for flu symptoms was two and a half hours.

I walked in and no one was at the counter. I look beside me and a lady and a man are sitting at the table in the waiting room eating and talking very loudly. The lady told me I need to use the QR code to schedule an appointment. No one else was waiting in the lobby. I made the appointment and go sit down. The whole time we wait the lady and the man that i assume is her boyfriend are talking about looking at each others phones because someone had something to hide. They were cussing and being very loud for everyone to hear this was probably like 5 minutes. Long story short this lady works there and after her conversation with her boyfriend she takes me back. She was friendly but all of that was very unprofessional.
