Appointment was cancelled. I was refused service because I did not have my insurance cards on me. I was not even given the option to pay out of pocket and I can afford to and just get reimbursed by my insurance. Young lady at the front desk was not helpful and needs to work on her customer service skills. I’ve done the job for YEARS. Never have I treated someone like she did me because they didn’t have an insurance card.

Nobody was there at the time of appointment. All lights were off in the clinic, no one was at the front desk, and no answer at the posted phone number/email. After waiting 30+ confusing minutes with no communication, I left to find care elsewhere.

The facility was very clean and the staff were very nice. I had to get a TB test for my job. I’m so scared of needles at my big age but the nurse (I forgot to ask her, her name) was extremely nice and made me feel so comfortable. The front desk staff are also very nice.

Needed a Tb Shot got it did the paperwork fast I sat down 4 minutes and was already called to the back! From the front desk service to the Nurse that was assigned to me they was great loved it and it was a quick and easy process!! Would HIGHLY Recommend this provider!!!!

The Staff was very friendly and curious which is more important to me then wait time. Even though I had no wait time, I understand the process

I seen Lilia and she was so sweet and kind! She went above and beyond to help me feel better. The nurse i had went above and beyond helping in ereas that i know werent in her job description.  I enjoyed chatting with the lady at the front desk. I really thank you all three of you ladies so much.

Check in staff was very rude and argumentative. The checkin staff argued with me my entire visit about insurance that I do have. I have visited this location multiple times and have never had such a hard time being treated or seen. The staff were dedicated to making me feel like I was wrong while making sure they did not apologize after I expressed that they were making me feel uncomfortable. The only staff member who had any respect for me & my privacy was an older lady that took my labs. After my labs were taken the check in staff continued to argue with me about my Federal health insurance that covered my visit. I will never refer anyone to this location and I will never be visiting this location again.

Needed a grandson camp physical mom and dad out of country clinic assisted and did physical thank you

Everything was fine. Solid walk in apt, but I can’t access my test results. Nextcare app doesn’t work
