THIS SO CALLED MED/HOSPITAL IS NOW AN OUTRIGHT DUMP. IT IS DISGUSTING !! I WALKED INTO A DOOR THAT I THOUGHT WAS A BATHROOM AND THERE ON FLOOR IN FILTHY STINK WAS 4 DEAD FLATTENED MICE THAT LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE THERE FOR 2-YEARS . THE NEW STAFF OR OUTSOURCED TO /FROM WMC ARE IDIOTS , RUDE NASTY AND A FAR CRY FROM THE NICEST PEOPLE/ NURSES THAT WERE THERE AS IN PAST AS ST. FRANCIS AND THOSE NUNS THAT WERE ALWAYS CHECKING IN ON PATIENTS JUST HOLDING THEIR HANDS OR PRAYING WITH THEM. NUNS IN THEIR 80'S AND GOD BLESS THEM WOULD BE IN A PATIENT ROOM AT 2AM JUST OFFERING COMFORT. THIS STAFF THAT WAS BROUGHT FROM WESTCHESTER (dump of filth as well) IS CLULESS AND I MEAN IN ALL AREAS FROM DESK PERSONNEL TO MEDICAL , TO GENERAL I THINK NOW PRIVATE OUTSOURCED WORKERS THAT TOOK JOBS OF GREAT ST FRANCIS STAFF , PHONES THAT NOW SUCK, CANT GET OUTSIDE LINES GIVEN EXTENSIONS BY STAFF THAT ARE NOT IN SERVICE OR THEY CANT EVEN TELL YOU A DAMN NUMBER TO A DEPT OR MEDICAL FLOOR . A VMAL SYSTEM ON MAIN HOSPITAL NUMBER THAT NOW CUTS YOU OFF HALF OF THE TIME CALLING IN AND EVEN BUSY SO CANT EVEN GET THROUGH AND IF YOU DO AND TRY A TRANSFER IT GOES TO NON EXISTING NUMERS OR INTERNAL EXTS., TO THE POINT YOU JUST =DONT BOTHER WITH PLACE .I HOPE NO EMERGENCY CALLS NEED TO GET IN, . I GOT OPERATOR ONE DAY BY SHEER LUCK AND SHE APOLOGIZED OVER AND OVER AND SAID NEW PEOPLE HAVE NO CLUE HOW SYSTEMS WORK AND SAID IT USED TO BE STATE OF THE ART AND NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES , NOW ITS JUNK BECAUSE THAT DEPT WAS OUTSOURCED TO NON QUALIFIED IDIOTS AS WELL APPARENTLY. ENTIRE PLACE OF DEPTS IS NOW FROM WESTCHESTER GROUPS OUTSOURCING COMPANIES WHICH ALSO INCLUDES CRAPPY TV'S , BUT THE WORST IS THE DEAD STINKING FLAT AS BOARD MICE , ROACHES THAT WERE 3 INCHES LONG ON FIRST FLOOR IN OLDER BLDG THAT I SAW IN A MAINT AREA ON WAY OUT OF THIS HOLE . THIS IS A HOSPITAL!!! I WOULD NEVER HAVE ANYTHING DONE IN THIS FILTH BUCKET AFTER WHAT I SAW WITH MY WIFE AND SON WITH ME . WHO KNOWS WHAT DISEASED RATS WITH MICE , ROACHES ARE CRAWLING IN ALL THESE WINGS-- OUTSOURCED WORK TO PRIVATE GROUPS--THIS IS WHAT YOU GET . THEY COULD CARE LESS , THEY DONT WORK FOR THIS PLACE DIRECTLY SO WHY SHOULD THEY CARE . ONE WORD . OVERALL ===DISGUSTING ==AND FAR FROM MEDICAL COMPETENCE ,OR TECHNOLOGY. I TOOK PICTURES OF MICE WITH CELL THAT HAD FACILITY NAME ON DOOR ABND WALL TO SHOW PROOF OF LOCATION AND ROACHES SIZED FROM DINOSAUR DAYS I ONLY WISH I KNEW WHERE TO SEND THEM THAT MONITORS HEALTH FACILITIES BECAUSE THIS PLACE WOULD FAIL. WITH A CAPITAL F !! ITS NORTHERN DUTCHESS FROM NOW ON FOR ME, IT HAS ALWAYS HAD A CLEAN FRIENDLY WELL TRAINED STAFF OF GREAT PEOPLE AND THEY HONOR VETERANS THERE WHICH I FELT WAS A REALLY NICE APPRECIATIVE TOUCH FOR VETS INCLUDING A VET WRISTBAND WITH US FLAG ON IT, VERY NICE. -NORTHERN DUTCHESS SPECTACULAR , THE OTHER= MID HUDSON OF WESTCHESTER MED = HELL HOLE OF FILTH AND CREATURES =DEAD AND ALIVE PICS AND VIDEO BE HAPPY TO SEND TO A HOSPITAL REVIEW BOARD OR AN OSHA ,FOR THE HEALTH AND WELL BEING OF ANYONE WHO HAS THE TERRIBLE LUCK OF GOING THERE THE ROACHES I SAW THERE KEEP REMINDING ME OF THE MIB MOVIE AT TE END WITH THE GIANT OUTERSPACE ROACH. , LOL
