Great staff and doctors

I registered online for the Urgent Care in Chester. I used the “Reserve your spot option” for an appointment the following day. Website said “My reservation has been submitted successfully” The next day I show up and I call prior to entering as instructed. The receptionist tells me they have no appointments made. After taking my info she says, “If you are a new patient then the reservation will not work” She then asks “What’s going on because me close at 1” (Time was 1230) I tell her my stomach issues and she say “Sounds like you need at CT? We can’t do that here. I can Schedule you for MIddletown” Not only was I furious about the fact that my appointment wasn’t valid because I was a new patient , but for her to ask what is going on because we close at 1 ? Seriously, what type of health care provider points out their closure time ( They were still open another half hour) If you are so concerned about being out by 1 then have your hours of operation should state “closing at noon”!

I was given a telemed appointment for 1:45 on Tuesday December 29, 2020. At 2:30 I inquired about no call and was told they were running late and was assured I was next in line for the telemed call. It’s 2 days later and no call. No call to apologize they were running late or they ran out of time. I would never try to use this facility again. If they give you an appointment and never keep it how good could their services be. Went to Emergency One in New Windsor on Wednesday. Wonderful staff from the receptionist to the nurses and nps. Quick service and results in 1 day. They get my highest recommendation

I’ve been to the chester urgent care 3 times now, each time the wait was well over 2 hours. I always want to give them another chance because the staff are great but the wait time is always ridiculous.

First they made me wait well over two hours in urgent care then they billed me twice! Worst service ever don't waste your time.
