Nothing good to say, went a couple of times and had bad experiences, decided to give another try, make a tele-visit appointment waited for the call no one called, I called 15 minutes after appoint time was told they are backed up but I am in the que, some will call, I never received that call, called back the next day and was told they called did not answer, NOT TUE, call center transfer me to a woman and she was rude and refuse to listen. They are very unprofessional and dont care. I rather drive back to the city than going to this place

I was told I had a sinus infection and that the pain I was experiencing was not major. That the symptoms I felt where not there and then I received a lecture about covid and covid vaccines. I was treated like I have covid not like I had a major dental issue. I was not allowed to remove my mask to show the issues I had nor did anyone get close enough to see my mouth. When I asked about the medications they provided the doctor just kept saying the medications name over and over without any actual info. When I asked if maybe the person “helping” me could lower their voice and change their tone the doctor threw a hissy fit. Told me I don’t trust her and just walked out. Even when I spoke to another nurse they told me very plainly that there safety over covid is more important than providing proper medical care. Yes, their lives are just more important than ensuring proper medical care. Anyway, I have a major dental infection that is sitting on a nerve that causes intense pain and visual issue. Which I found out after I went to the ER.

Can't really say anything good. Sat outside in my vehicle for almost 2 hours waiting for my scheduled appointment

I never had a problem there. Everyone was always nice to us. I went there once near midnight, they stayed there an hour extra to help me and called me the next day to see how I was. I had surgery with through them , smooth as silk. I never waited long, anyone I ever saw, I would highly reccomend.

This is a terrible hospital. No one cares about you. They don't treat patients with respect. Called to get my lab results and got passed around to reach a phone that no one answered. Called again the next day and was hung up on three times in a row. Finally got through and the person who I was transferred said it was the wrong place and just hangup on me. I hate this clinic.

Middletown medical should be shut down , it’s rip off place , no one cares for patients u make appointment and u have to wait more then hr to be called in , when u complain to them there attitude is ( u can leave if you don’t want to wait ) people go there because they are sick and in pain
