I recently visited the Midwest Express Clinic in Calumet Park for a routine lab draw. While the initial interaction with the provider was pleasant—she was friendly and apologized for any wait, assuring me that once my blood was drawn, I could be on my way—the experience took a turn for the worse. After she left, I was left waiting for 40 minutes. During this time, I overheard staff members discussing who would draw my blood and how to order the labs, leading to a noticeable amount of confusion and commotion about the next steps. Eventually, I had to leave the room and ask if I could proceed with the process. This disorganized experience has left me reluctant to return to this location.

Have been a patient fur years  The treatment from the fair skin young lady who does vitals and puts you in the room was awful. I came in with my partner and we were both treated poorly by this young lady. The front desk receptionist whose birthday it was went out of her way and I appreciate her customer service. The Doctor we saw was also excellent and very thorough. That young lady has changed the entire atmosphere of the clinic did the worst

The young lady at the front was amazing  The young lady that did vitals is awful. Thru were very alowful today. I was there so long Mr and my partner has to leave. If the lady doing vitals would  oh have wasted time debating with me I would have been seen. This is not ok
