This was the best service that I have ever received from urgent care. Everyone was nice welcoming and they explained everything along the way in the process. My appointment time was honored and I walked out less than 45 minutes. I was able to stop there before work and handle everything that I needed to handle, the environment was very clean And will continue to visit this location. Please do not change.

Experiencing severe chronic neck shoulder and arm pains over a year ago went in for same thing because I wasn’t able to get in to orthopedics…. Staff receptionist professional and friendly… triage nurse warm kind and friendly…. The physician has outstanding human awareness and professionalism. From the beginning to the end Midwest Xpress excels. Definitely recommend

I’ve had to call several times for my results. The staff is able to pull up my chart as we’re speaking on the phone but they can’t take one step further to email the results as they said they were going to do. Makes no sense!

From checking in to check out, the entire process was very efficient. The staff was extremely nice and friendly and they made me feel really comfortable. The nurse practitioner that I seen was top notch. Listen to all of my concerns and I felt really good. Leaving the place the best experience that I’ve had at a clinic in a very long time.

I wanted to get tested for Covid. I was able to schedule my appointment with a few options to fit my schedule. The wait time was minimal. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. It is really nice to have a facility available in my neighborhood.

My daughter had a fever of over 103 degrees and her pediatrician recommended going to urgent care for covid-19 and flu testing. We scheduled the appointment the same day with no wait time, and were able to be seen, assessed, and discharged in under 30 minutes. each staff member was pleasant and accommodating, and the office was clean. The doctor we had was also knowledgeable and personable, and wasn’t just trying to rush us out. Very positive visit. 10/10 would recommend lol

Awesome! Staff was courteous and professional. Expressed genuine concern regarding my wellbeing. I was seen by a clinician within 15 minutes of my arrival. Was examined, instructions given regarding my medical condition along with preventive plan of care. Prescription was sent to pharmacy.

Hey I came here one time and the one in Tinley. All they did was listen to my lungs. I have Medicare and Medicaid which is on my profile. Next thing I know I'm getting letters from your collection agency saying I owe over 300. I took no xrays all the Dr did was listen to my lungs send out a prescription. If you all charging me a co pay I usually pay between 10-20 dollars. No wonder you're u all popping up every where. You triple charging people
