I got a covid test, the nurse was very nice . The wait time for my appointment was not bad. I received a bill for the test about a month later they charged me for the test and and an additional $90 for receiving the result , I called to find out about the additional charge, they said giving you the results of the test was an additional charge ($90) ,seems like a ripoff to me. They never told me about the additional charge.

Dr. Chube is an excellent physician and has made sure that I am comfortable while battling Covid-19. He is extremely compassionate and has great communication skills. I expressed my problem and he took care of the problem expeditiously. Thank you Dr. Chube.

5 days now without results from a covid-19 test. I really wish I looked around more, I need to get back to work. The staff was very nice but this is taking way too long!

Beware we are going on 6 days of no results from covid-19 test. They do not warn about this. We were told results would take 3 days so with that in mind we agreed to pay the charge. They should warn ahead of time how long results will take so people can look elsewhere if there is a time-sensitivity. Makes it seem like they only want your money.

I went to this urgent care when my daughter hurt her knee. After the x-ray was taken I was advised that due to no fracture, but swelling, I will need to send her to the emergency room for a MRI on her knee. After being referred to the ER, I was advised that MRIs were not done at the ER and that I needed to see an orthopedic doctor. Needless to say, I was upset to receive a $432 bill from the emergency room for being referred there by Midwest for a service that the ER did not perform. The APN was friendly enough and followed up later however I was disappointed to say the least.

The medical assistant was extremely rude. She was very unprofessional she acted angry. (we apparently walked in five minutes before they were closed and were surprised that they took us but they should’ve just said they couldn’t take us instead of taking your money and being mis-treated) The front desk girls were kind and professional and courteous but the medical assistant was a nightmare. I finally had enough of her treatment and told her I did not trust her to take care of me since she missed some very important information when I gave her my medical history she became indignant walked out to The front desk area where the doctor was and in front of me told the doctor that I was being rude and told the Dr an untrue version of what had gone on in the room. Neither of them have the professionalism to move the discussion into a private room instead of out in the front desk area. I told them that I thought it was unprofessional for this medical assistant to talk about me in the third person and call me rude in front of me. I told him that I was in the healthcare field myself and I do not want to be treated here. We left and went to Schereville and had an excellent experience. I have never been dealt with so rudely and treated like a number even a fast food drive-through. This medical assistant is not fit to be in healthcare position dealing with the responsibility of collecting medical history and dealing with people who are in pain or sick. Or dealing with people in any type of customer service or Patient/client service. The doctor did not deal with it in a Professional manner either. The young ladies at the front desk did a better job at that upon my exit. They were the only part of the experience that was not negative.

If you've not been there before, be prepared to wait a while for the first visit. It takes some time to get insurance added and put in the system. If you're already in the system it seems pretty quick. I don't remember the doctor's name, but he's so incredibly nice. Absolutely phenomenal bedside manner.
