My prescription was sent to Millers. They charged me $18 more than what they told me. Annoying but okay. I received it a week later. It was not right. I called them right away and said I need to return it quickly because my doctor can’t send a new prescription until he has confirmation they received it back. Thursday when I first called, they told me UPS will pick it up TODAY. She said they will bring the label. They never came, I was home all day. Friday I was leaving for a camping trip and called twice more in the morning before I left and they promised me if I left it outside it would *definitely* be picked up that day. I could see on my ring camera nobody came and called Saturday morning because it says open until 2. She said thats too bad, the shipping people aren’t here til Monday you can just wait. Didn’t care at all that I can’t get the meds replaced because of their incompetence. I just returned back home on Sunday, and the package is sitting there on the steps, having been rained on for over 24 hours during the 3 days I was gone. They are the most useless, incompetent pharmacy. They don’t care about patients at ALL. Literally called over 5 times and this has not been resolved. I don’t even have any label from them so I can’t just bring it to UPS. They probably never even bothered to schedule it or anything. I have NO faith that my prescription will ever get picked up, and I will now be waiting (if by some miracle it gets picked up tomorrow) a week *minimum* to get it replaced- obviously I’ll get it elsewhere since they can’t manage to care the slightest. But I doubt they’ll ever have it picked up since I’ve already been so adamantly promised that it would absolutely get picked up. Also multiple UPS trucks go by my house every single day. It’s not UPS. Our express guy is great here. It’s 100% Millers. They either lied multiple times or multiple people completely failed to do what they promised me they'd get done. Either way NOT worth trusting with something important as your health. They are also twice the cost as others. For much worse customer service and much slower shipping. I truly can’t put into words how deeply I detest and loathe them for how careless they are. It’s a miracle that a controlled, schedule 2 substance sitting on a front porch for 3 days is still there after they lied so adamantly that it would be picked up. I was assured MULTIPLE times that it would be picked up that day. Don’t trust these lying, careless people with your medication.
