I had a 10:00 scheduled appointment and did not begin the video call until 10:30 am. Usually, the Telemed appointments are on time so I chose to do the call at home. Next time, I will go to my office. Upon starting the video call, the audio was not working, so we just did a phone call. The Dr. was very thorough and all went well, just ended up being very late for work. Thank you for your care!
