Rachel was great at providing clarity on the diagnosis, treatment, and next steps. It’s only the front desk office folks who were terrible, unprofessional (taking personal calls ordering eggs loudly in the waiting area), and flat out not empathetic. No clarity on wait times or scheduling, intake forms, super rude when asked if my wife & I could go together, and curt responses on payment. If there was a way to skip the intake and office part and directly go for the appointment, I’d recommend everyone do that.

It was amazing. The best service loved every worker they were also so sweet.

I have been constipated for about two days. I went in to urgent care because I feel so many uncomfortable movements is going going on mid back down to the pelvic bone. I got results for something and Dr.Dean billittled me . He didn’t ask me if I had questions didn’t let me talk once and was not concerned about my question . I had two and never were able to ask . Any doctor that wears an earring on the left side should be a voided at all causes he is sassy and definetly discriminated.

I woke up this morning with a suspicious looking spot on my chest and was able to see Doctor by 2:00 who guided me in my next step and reassured me to relax and stay calm! Needed that!

I called after getting a positive Covid test result. I got an appointment within an hour of my call.  The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The nurse I saw first to take my vitals was very nice and caring. Rachel Graham was the Nurse Practitioner that examined me and prescribed medication for me.  She was very thorough and so very kind.   These days it feels great when you actually get good service. Thanks to all who helped.

We are traveling from Virginia and I’ve been sick for about a week and coughing a lot. I found this clinic that accepts Tricare. I got an appointment the same day. They were very helpful.  All staff was wonderful. They did  an x-ray and I got the medicine I needed in a timely manner…highly recommend them.

This was a follow  up appointment for a potential sinus infection.  Jen checked me out and wrote a prescription for me to get rid of the problem. After 9 nights of very little sleep, you just want it gone.  The cough suppressant seems to help.

I went there because I was having stabbing chest pains, and after I was diagnosed, I had pneumonia. The doctor was super fabulous, and everybody on her staff was very nice too.... I had a pretty long wait, but there was a ton of people there to be seen... We are from Oregon on vacation, and I had no idea that you should call to make the appointment ahead of time. Otherwise we would have done that. Now we know for future, so call ahead of time and your time shouldn't be as long. The best part was, I could get my antibiotics, and my upset stomach pills right there. If you think you're going to need pain medication, you should go to a doctor's office or to the ER because they do not have that kind of stuff there, and they can't write you for it either, but overall, this place is fantastic!!!! Everybody was great!!! The worst part was the wait being in so much pain. If I had only call to make an appointment, it wouldn't have been so bad. I want to thank the staff and the doctor for helping me. I'm slowly getting better but I know this is going to be a process, having pneumonia. Thank you again for helping me.It is greatly appreciated....

Had a bad virus in Maui and needed someone to check and see if it turned to a bacterial infection or not. Minit Medical  answered the phone right away and because it was late, 5:30 PM, on a Saturday, scheduled me for Sunday at noon.  Glad that they are open on Sundays, many other Urgent Care facilities are not.  Everyone was helpful and really pleasant there.  Saw Rachel, who prescribed a med for me very quickly so I could pick it up at the pharmacy that day.  I understand many medications they can supply, but not my particular one.  Rachel gave me lots of advice on dealing with all the woes that go along with a bad virus. nice to know they are there for me out in West Maui, if needed.
