I came to get check for a sinus infection and they took a covid test and flu test and said my covid test was positive mind you the tech never to my vitals to see my heart rate or of i had a low grade fever so i got annoyed and left went to another urgent care and my test came back negative  The tech never waited the 15 minutes or so to get the actual results she automatically treated me like a germ

I was definitely under the weather. Cold cough, all the symptoms for weeks of some kind of viral infection. Thankfully when I got there they gave me a combined flu & COVID test -  Negative - thank God!! However turned out that I’d had a shingles shot too soon after my cold, cough and other symptoms had left me. So a retrin if all that I thought I’d gotten over … including feeling quite debilitated.  I had no energy and no appetite. The very friendly & efficient female doc Sasha ( yay!!) advised B complex for my lack of energy and perhaps headache meds for my ongoing headache. Lots  of water and rest completely for the weekend. Not my first time at this facility, but definitely one of the best I’ve experienced. The other staff were also efficient and friendly - a good team, I thought!!

My daughter and I were both walk ins and I am assuming because of the season (flu) it was the reason for so many people ahead of us.

Everything went well at my visit along with my Daughter, check I. Was good and the staff was very good no complaints they did their job very professionally and the care was splendid.

Checkin was easy and the staff were kind and helpful. I was so impressed by the PA Gilead, so calming and informative. I’ve switched around different Urgent Care clinics and this is going to be the one I visit going forward!

As always the staff and physician were professional and answered any questions. Keep up the quality service.

My entire experience was wonderful.. My daughter was treated really well. The professionalism here is awesome!!

The provider was terrible. She had no knowledge of the issues and should not be practicing anywhere or treating patients. I came in with stomach issues—diarrhea and vomiting—and she tested me for the flu. No stool test or anything for norovirus. Then the absolute worst part is I had to push her for medication and she sent over a prescription to Walgreens—Walgreens staff looked at me like I was crazy because she sent over pepto bismol. That’s not an antibiotic or any prescription medication and it was just an indication of how subpar the practice is. This place should not be in operation. I’ve gone to city md numerous times and it’s professional and patients feel taken care of. Can’t say the same for ModernMD.

The doctor's attention towards me was horrible, she was a despot, she didn't even call an interpreter, she entered the office she didn't even ask me my name or what was wrong with me, she just started raising her voice, scolding me and saying that everything was normal because she had just given birth, she brought me a wristband with a splint, she put it on me reluctantly, I will never go to this place again.

Walked in and was seen within 10 minutes. Dr. Alterno was so knowledgeable and kind, and provided high quality care. The medical assistant was also very competent and sweet throughout the entire process. I left and headed to my pharmacy directly from the appointment and they had already sent my prescription allowing me to pick it up without waiting.
