Dr. was rushing, aloof, and disengaged. He didn’t ask me many questions and was not able to come up with a diagnosis but still proceeded to proscribe antibiotics. He also proscribed additional medications and didn’t tell me about any of them until I asked. I expect better care and sensitivity. It’s also helpful when doctors explain things - I learned nothing from this visit. I won’t be returning to this clinic.

Self check-in process was quick and easy. Staff and Doctor was professional and kind.

I have never been so upset with an experience. I came in on New Years Eve and was prescribed antibiotics. I asked the PA if my pharmacy would be open, he said yes but if I had any problems just to call back. It was closed that night. I went back New Years Day. It was also closed. I called and spoke to Jessica and asked if there were any open, that I would go anywhere. She said yes the one in Fulton across the street. We switched to that pharmacy. It had been closed the entire day. I called back and asked to have it switched back to the one in my neighborhood. She said ok, I’ll switch it and check with the provider. I never heard back. I went to the one in my neighborhood this morning and it had never been switched. I called to see what was going on. Jessica answered and told me that the provider had decided not to switch it and she didn’t have time to tell me. Meanwhile this location never sent my prescription to an open pharmacy and all I was trying to do was access my medication. Now I have to go to a pharmacy not in my neighborhood to get my meds because they refuse to correct their error. I have gone to the pharmacy 4 times now on their advice only to not get medicine and I am sick. I’m sleeping 14 hours a day. It’s exhausting dealing with this. I will actively tell people not to come here.

The receptionist arrived 30 minutes late. Normally it is in and out.

Overall, my experience was good. However, when I returned the following day to request a change to my pharmacy, I was informed that the front desk receptionist was on a lunch break and was advised to return in an hour. Considering this is an urgent care clinic, I would have appreciated having appropriate staff available to address patients’ urgent needs promptly.

Excellent experience! Amazing kind and friendly staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I was visiting from out of town and they even referred me to a pharmacy just a few doors away. Very convenient.
