I came in with flu like symptoms, tested positive for the flu. The doctor was kind however his examination was thoroughly insufficient and incomplete. I came in there feeling absolutely terrible and I left there feeling worse because the care felt inadequate. Didn’t ask me what I had been taking so far or what I should take in the future in addition to the Tamiflu. Right after I left, now that I at least had the positive test result for flu, I scheduled a video visit with my PCP, felt immediately cared for and got the knowledge and medication I needed to feel better faster. I would not recommend this provider Timothy Lau.

My child came in with a sore throat and fever, the doctor didn’t even do a physical exam. He tried to just discharge us and send antibiotics to the pharmacy with no physical exam. I had to call him back in to tell him to do a physical exam.

I came to urgent care with pelvic pain and irritation. The doctor did a visual examination. She did not do a full GYN exam until I prompted her too after she just looked with her eyes & said “I don’t see a cystocysle” and was going to discharge me. It turns out I had a yeast infection. Had I not prompted her to do a proper exam it would of went untreated
