Went in because I was diagnosed with Covid two days prior and started feeling soreness in my rib area. Went in because I wanted to get it checked out. This location is super clean the waiting area is immaculate. Staff are friendly. Doctors bedside manner here is top tier especially the doctor I was seen by today Dr Zachary McConnell. He spent the time listening to me and explaining what he thought I was experiencing. He also printed out literature I could take home and read. I must also note he was not afraid to exam me. Most doctors barely touch you after the pandemic.  I feel super secure with their care. I will continue to frequent this location. A big thank you to all of the staff here. I would recommend this provider.

I needed to get stitches and everyone from the office reception to medical staff was professional, kind, and put me at ease. The wait time wasn’t bad at all. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated everyone and the quality of care I received. I was in a lot of pain and feeling some anxiety and I left feeling so much better. Thank you to everyone at ModernMD!

I have been fighting with I was a cold for the last few days but learned actually today it was flu. They have work with me greatly make me feel comfortable and truly help me.

Not helpful for the particular problem. Unsure what they actually assist with.

Dr Turner's bedside manner is um something - but always grateful to have an Urgent Care in my neighborhood

It was efficient and the staff and the doctor were pleasant.

I was a walk in. I had to wait 30 minutes. Office was empty. So I waited.  I received my care and left.

I was there and I was very disappointed I when to see the doctor and I have a lady who to my temperature and they did the Covid 19 test and they never give me the results and when the doctor coming he look at me and tell me the eye has a infection and I ask him I need medication and the doctor tell me there’s nothing that he can give me just to way that will go away he look at my eyes and that’s all and I can imagine how much his charging to the insurance very very disappointed

Staff at desk were friendly and helped me fill out the patient form. Dr McConnell is very friendly, professional and makes the visit easy. Glad I went!

My appointment was as great didn’t wait long was taken care in 20 mins and the MA was great and friendly. The doctor was very attentive and took good care of me prescribed the right medications and this morning I woke up better than I was. Would recommend.
