was dismissed by the doctor i saw, didn’t really take my concerns seriously. saw a doctor over telehealth the next day and it was a completely different experience. i was having trouble walking because my stomach was inflamed from food poisoning, the doctor saw me in a ten minute period where i wasn’t limping and said “you’re walking fine to me”. i’ve been in bed all day today and the teladoc prescribed tylenol, something else for the cramps, and an anti nausea and told me to eat a liquid diet. none of this was suggested by the doctor i saw. basically he was confused why i even came in. waste of my time and energy

I’d had a cough, fever, chills, aches and fatigue for well over 3 days so I walked in to Modern MD to see what was up. The admin person, who was welcoming and supportive, gave me clear instructions to get set up. I waited for a total of five minutes and was seen by Dr. Tariq, another lovely individual. I felt seen and cared for by him and he sent me off feeling confident about my recovery. Details aside, my visit went super smoothly and I am so pleased with the service.

The care provided was disappointing. Came in with a throat infection and was told to just take Tylenol. It has only gotten worse since.

I was having trouble breathing after being sick for a few days and the staff was very friendly, I only paid $15, and I got my prescriptions very quickly! Will definitely come back here if I have any more trouble :)

ModernMD was a great resource for a last minute, late in the evening pain. Once seated, though, the medical staff ran a test and prescribed medication without meeting with me, so they prescribed the same antibiotics that had not been working already. The doctor stepped into the room for 10 seconds, quickly said "you have this, we prescribed this, take 2 a day for 5 days", and did not stop to check-in or ask about any other symptoms beyond the test results. I know it's a really tough job, and I was the last patient of the day so it's gotta be exhausting by that point, but I'm still in pain and taking a medication that is probably not strong enough.

Wasn’t that much of a waiting time, the check up went by so fast and the staff was very helpful!

I walk in. I didn’t have to wait too long. The staff and the doctor assistant were very nice. The doctor that attended me was so helpful and answered all my questions. I will surely recommend him.

I never had any problems going to Urgent Care. The staff is great 👍and the doctors are even better. I was in and out and I got back home in less than an hour.
