everything was a surprise down to the fact that there was something even called MinuteClinic. I received wonderful care, even if it was just to ease my worrying mind. It helped immensely to have someone actually ask questions and listen attentively even take extra time to see how they could help even more..

I was feeling very sick. I went to the hospital but after three days I felt worse. I decided to go to MD. The wait time was less than 15 minutes and I was examined quickly. The staff is attentive and does their job professionally. The doctor prescribed me medicines that are helping me. I recommend them.

I recommend Modern MD on Knickerbocker.  I had been very sick, in bed,  coughing phlegm, unable to breathe through my nose,  unable to sleep well, and realized I need medical attention.  I was lucid enough to contact Modern MD.  By the time I completed my on line scheduling, I was next.  I was able to get there quickly, checked in, and went to an examination room.  The medical staff asked questions and did their medical assessment of my conditions.  Prescriptions were sent to my preferred pharmacy.  I am already much improved though I have not yet completed the prescribed medications.  Thank you Modern MD!

Awesome place....When feeling sick, first place I come too...

I'm from out of town and I needed some stitches removed. There was no wait, and the staff were all friendly. The check-in was a little confusing, giving part of my info to the receptionist and then having to do the rest on a computer screen. But reception needed the info and was waiting for me to input everything. I guess I was slow. She kept checking on me. Got my stitches out and all is well.

After a day of being extremely ill (discovered it was norovirus), I walked in to my local ModernMD with no appointment and was seen within 25-30 minutes. Once I was admitted, I was able to get checked out by a technician right away and see the doctor just a few minutes after that. The doctor was extremely informative and spent a decent amount of time discussing my symptoms with me, how to mitigate the pain & discomfort, and what the path forward looks like. He was positive, upbeat and engaging the whole time, which went a long way toward making me feel heard and properly attended to.

Smooth checkin. Dr was so helpful. Front desk found me a pharmacy open late! Great service!
