my visit was fast n the doctor was knowledgeable he give the correct drugs for my pain

Only issue, tried locating my chart. Still can't figure why I can't access medical records

They FORGOT I was in the room was sitting there for 1 hour then had to go in the whole way to see what’s going on …… Not only they forgot I was in room but then another nurse came in there TO tell ME things that was wrong with me not knowing she was talking to the wrong person…UNPROFESSIONAL

It is as freezing in the waiting room! No attempt at heat! Cmon guys, get a space heater or SOMETHING!

I walked in because of a rash. I mentioned to the provider that I also had been dealing with athletes foot and have been treating it. I understand being the only provider but there’s no need to rush to a point where athletes foot is dismissed as bruising because the doctor couldn't be bothered to examine it until I asked for him to put a pair of gloves and look at it closer.  I brought the medicine I was using to treat the athletes foot and the provider couldn’t have been bothered to google the product before mentioning that it could just the cream itself. Being told something looks “interesting” and giving it your best guess, while not even attempting to look into the medicine I brought in is such a foul way of providing patient care.  As a side note, it would be helpful to know when Im done being seen instead of just walking away and knowing your time is finished because you’re hearing your doctor talking to another patient. UPDATE: This review was responded to and completely missed the point that I walked in with a rash and was not helped at all with my concern. I only received recommendations for something I was already successfully treating, athletes foot. I paid out of pocket for care that did not address my concern. A single sentence replay to this review is laughable. I was told nothing regarding how to treat my rash, my symptoms were dismissed, and I was not seen as someone seeking help. I felt like a bother at a doctor’s office. If you can’t be brought to care for what someone coming into your office is going through, then treating sick people is not the career for you. If you can’t seem to prioritize patient care then become a coffee shop not a place of care.

Nothing is ever done at this location. I went in for back pain due to an accident. Asked doctor to complete an xray, he refused. Last visit I took my son who had Covid. They gave him Tylenol . He’s still sick.

Dr. was rushing, aloof, and disengaged. He didn’t ask me many questions and was not able to come up with a diagnosis but still proceeded to proscribe antibiotics. He also proscribed additional medications and didn’t tell me about any of them until I asked. I expect better care and sensitivity. It’s also helpful when doctors explain things - I learned nothing from this visit. I won’t be returning to this clinic.

Self check-in process was quick and easy. Staff and Doctor was professional and kind.

The appointments here tend to be rushed, and docs are not thorough. The strangest part is the doctor doesn’t explain to you what they’re prescribing to you. They just say you can pick up your medicine at the pharmacy. You actually have to ask them what they’re prescribing and even so they don’t share any directions on how to take the medicine, which is bizarre.

I just walk in for the first time, every thing went smoothly, in and out,   His bedside manner was very professional.  I would recommend this provider. I’m feeling much better. Thank God, who is the Source of All Strength..  I would recommend this provider.
