No good service at all worst service ever the doctor was very rude

I walked in, checked in and was seen immediately! The front desk staff was pleasant.  The medical staff address my needs and was very professional.  My daughter recommended me to this facility and I would tell family and friends about this great facility and services provided.

The Doctor & Nurse were very pleasant. The young lady at the front desk, not so welcoming. But otherwise, my experience was fine

Really warm and friendly schedule was guick and lady behind the counter was nice and approachable. Doctor was really good

I woke up at 4am for the fifth day in a row with terrible pain on both sides of my abdomen. I briefly told the nurse what I was dealing with. She thereafter left the room to inform the doctor. The doctor then no more than five feet outside my room dismissed my claims immediately. I was the only customer in the building so that was fair to assume he meant me. Then he walked in and arrogantly dismissed what I had to say. Told me there was nothing to do because it was too early to know what the problem was. He also went on to tell me he has back pain when he sleeps as well which was irrelevant because it was my sides that were hurting. He reluctantly offered to do a urine test. Came back and prescribed me muscle relaxers… After going to the ER 2 days later because things had gotten worse it was found that I had an infection that had spread to my kidneys. I know urgent care is limited but this pompous ass of a doctor had one goal and that was to send me on my way and get paid for the “service”.

The doctor had incredible bedside manner! There was a software issue that made things a little chaotic with the rest of the team but overall happy with my service

Although the staff were professional, it seemed like safety protocol may have been lacking. When checked, it was observed that gloves were not worn. Also, it seemed that gloves weren't changed between me and another patient. Staff came in with gloves on. The attending doctor checked me and readily prescribed medication without knowing any of my medical background. That could be detrimental to patients' health and safety. After I was checked, then my vitals were checked and I was asked about my medical history. I hope that it will be addressed better in the future.

The provider was speaking very loud with the door open. Everyone can hear what I am what he is saying to me.

Didn't care for the Dr Turner He didn't even touch me of a distance he just held the light in his hand your eyes are red, went out and wrote me a prescription, did say what the problem was . Just said a lot's of people been getting it.(getting what) I think the treatment could have been handled better. Looking at me and checking me is to different things. He didn't even look in my eyes.

PA was very pleasant and professional. Staff was also friendly and nice.
