Took almost 45 minutes to see someone. Also they didn’t test me for anything just checked my throat and ears, and temperature.

Excellent, I went with lot of pain and I have really good results.

I heard a one of the front desk employees yield to a lady cuz the lady was having trouble finding the green button to exit and also frustrated cuz other lady wasn’t understanding what se was trying to explain and when the lady left she called her names.

I’ve chosen this urgent care center in the past because of the phenomenal quality of care I previously received. The NPs and doctors I saw before were exceptionally attentive, always going above and beyond to address my concerns. During my visit yesterday, the doctor I saw provided standard care, but I didn’t experience the same level of extra attention and thoroughness that the NPs and MDs in the past would consistently deliver. The front desk staff, however, was the most disappointing aspect of the visit. When I arrived, I greeted her, but her response was indifferent. She simply asked, with a poker face, “What can I help you with?” and pointed to instructions for registering posted on the glass window—instructions that weren’t immediately noticeable. There was no smile, no warmth, and no effort to assist further. I’m not sure what happened to the amazing staff who used to work here, but the level of care and service has clearly declined. I hope they can return to the high standards they once upheld, as this experience left much to be desired. But i would still comeback to this urgent care next time

Doctor was not at the office, i was waiting for an hour and the staff did not know if the doctor will come.

The doctor didn't show up until 10:30am. They open 8:30 am

Check in is a hassle and rather annoying with no help from from desk , the front desk is there to charge your copay, instead they should earn they money by checking you in faster and being more helpful.

I explained my situation as a kidney transplant patient they call me right away the doctor is amazing I went for a covid test with a smile he told me your text is negative and i smile back telling him thank u God and you doctor. I Will recommend him as well the clinic you feel satisfied as well happy with the service and courtesy 😀 😄 😊 😉🇵🇷👍💯💯💯 thank you so much
