The service was very efficient and the medical team was very friendly .I was very satisfied,I recommend it.

I was in an out in an hour. Was seen right away the staff is all very friendly and polite. I hate being sick but when I am there’s no place I’d rather go thank you Dr.Bortell and staff

The check-in process has been extremely frustrating. Whether it’s a new system or not, this should be communicated clearly at the time of arrival. “We have a new system in place, so please take the time to update the information properly to ensure a better experience”. It took me forever to get everything sorted, even though my child has been in the system since I’ve been there multiple times.  The whole point of going to urgent care is for convenience, but the last few visits have been a complete waste of time. My child is autistic, and the staff seems unsure of how to handle him. He wouldn’t allow them to check his ears or throat. I had to hold him down for the flu and COVID tests myself and do the nose swipe. He arrived with a fever, and it keep getting higher. However, I had to rush him to the emergency room, where the staff held him down to check his ears and mouth, only to discover he had a severe ear infection. It’s been a very difficult experience, and I hope things improve.

Ms. Betty, Haydee, Deysi, Anastasia. The staff were amazing and caring. They listened to our issues and provided the appropriate treatment and offered follow-ups. I highly recommend Modern MD to all my family and friends! 😊

I have shown up to this clinic before, and I just wanted to make sure my info was updated instead of the receptionist checking to see if my info is up to date. I was told to do the process of registering all over again. There was information missing within the registration site (insurance) . I still didn't get the proper help I needed. There were no patients when I came in, and they never took the time to help.

Well updated system. Signed in and nothing that do except wait for the assistant to take you in. Few minutes later doctor came and examined the area; talk about it then doctor advised and sent Rex to the pharmacy. That’s all.
