Staff was really kind and friendly. The wait was a bit long but once I got into my room everything went pretty quickly and was able to get my issues confirmed by the doctor. Great experience overall and significantly better than in years past.

Scheduling online and check-in was really easy. When I arrived, Claudia helped me and she was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Once I was inside, the staff took care of me right away and were all pleasant, which I really appreciated because I felt terrible and they probably seen it on my face. The doctor was also very nice and confident in the way he spoke and reassuring. I will keep going back to this place when needed.

Scheduling went fine since it's walk-in. Check-in was fairly easy. The wait time was over and hour. The staff is very kind and caring and apologetic about wait time. One of the machines was down and the staff woi send it out for servicing, still, I would recommend this provider.

Been feeling sickly for a few days and honestly didn’t see myself going to get checked out, but I change my mind. The wait time considering how many people were there wasn’t long. The place had plenty of seats in the lobby, tissue’s and hand sanitizer to stay clean, and at one point I asked for a mask and was given one no problem. Then, when I got checked they were all polite and treated everyone I saw including I with care. I’m glad I stopped by, it was definitely worth it.

The waiting time was long, and no update or explanation was given to let me know the reason. I have been wrongly prescribed a medication for a condition I do not have. This could lead to some serious danger.

I waited 30 min and then office staff haydee informed it's a 45 to 1 hr wait. I left and cakes and was told to come back and taken into room and still waited a long tine in room

We waited for over an hour to be seen with no valid reason given. Other patients had left so long ago yet the staff was in the back hidden. Even the receptionist was not in the front for over an hour.  If they were on lunch or break, they should've closed the office for the time they needed to have their break then reopen. Instead of having patients sit there for over an hour without and explanation.
