The patient in room 113, whose name is James Hazel who is being treated for broken ribs from a drunken fall caused by his alcoholism, is making unwanted calls to me from his hospital room phone. Candace Rickard, the charge nurse on the med/surg unit was unwilling to help me get this stopped.
