The staff were very friendly. I did not have to wait very long without an appointment. Bedside manner from the PA working that day was a bit cold.  During the routine checkup, he did not specify or notify me what he was doing before doing them ( like pushing down on my stomach, back and lower back ) which I felt was more handsy than professional. Most doctors I have ever seen normally will say “ I am now going to do XYZ” so that I am aware of what is about to happen & why .  I also found it odd that he was pushing down on my stomach and lower body, because I had come in for respiratory issues.  An explanation as to why would have felt more appropriate and professional.  After my prescriptions were called into the pharmacy, the pharmacy tech  stated that the physician who wrote it needed to be contacted again and confirmed because they do not normally fill them that way. Which meant I had to wait another 5 hours to receive my antibiotics.  I would not recommend this business for anything other than getting urine tests.

Walked in feeling bad and left shortly afterwards knowing I had covid and the flu. Since my wife was with me, she was tested as well just as a precaution. SO nice to know she was in the clear. The assistant was great and Coty was amazing and easy to talk to. All staff was on the ball, very friendly and accommodating. They also did not throw meds at me that I did not need which was refreshing.
