I made an in-person visit at my local Urgent Care, but also saw the option for a tele-health appointment. I went ahead and booked it and I was beyond amazed with the ease of making and receiving the call. The doctor was pleasant, diagnosed me quickly, and prescribed my meds. Excellent service!

Started having s/s UTI weeks ago but never had time to go to a clinic. Attempted to make appointment w/ an urgent care on Saturday but saw I could chose virtual. Filled out necessary forms, nice nurse called to triage me and Dr called at appointment time. Dr Moore was very friendly with the best beside manners. No need to walk in and wait at a clinic again. Very happy!

Great interaction from start to finish. The intake person was super nice. Dr. Moore was possibly the best patient care experience I’ve had in many years. That speaks volume considering this was a video call.

No problem scheduling or with the provider but I was prescribed something I shouldn’t use. It wasn’t asked if I was pregnant or breastfeeding and I didn’t think to mention it. No way to follow up. Unfortunately an expensive mistake.

The only issue is I haven't received my sick note for work yet.

Everything was perfect.  Being able to stay home and do an appointment quickly over the phone was so helpful.  And the intake person and the nurse practitioner were both incredible.  Highly recommend this process and this urgent care clinic.

I woke up this morning with some sinus congestion and some ear popping. Mrs. Barnett was fantastic! She was very thorough with her questions & feedback. Checking in was very easy. The pre-questions prior to being seen was very easy as well & the directions were easy to follow. The staff was 100% friendly & concerned with what would help & be the best option. I really do prefer the staff/care with Moore life since starting with them earlier this year. (Within 6 months)  The wait time was about 10-15 minutes to be seen my a staff member (on camera) but I really believe this is normal due to it being urgent care & the medical field.

Woke up this morning with a UTI, also had a dry cough for about a week... Doctor I seen was amazing and efficient and quick! Was able to send a prescription to my pharmacy Will definitely use the service again.

They are amazing they are fast and they are good with communicating
