I walked into your Burien location and was greeted by a nice friendly staff member who checked me in. I was called back within a few minutes and was escorted to a nice clean room. A very nice nurse came in and checked my vitals and was very friendly. Shortly after she left Dale Nelson PA-C came in. He addressed my concerns and was very polite and attentive to my concerns. I am so very pleased with my visit I would most definitely recommend your Burien clinic and the staff to everyone. Thank you for making my visit comfortable and for being such a warm caring staff.

I’ve been to Indigo in Burien a few times over the last month and each time the team is friendly and welcoming — this time was no different. They listened to my concerns and helped identify likely issues. I only waited a few minutes and was assisted out the door about 40 minutes later.

Very easy to schedule online. When I arrived for my appointment I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Staff and care team were all very kind and knowledgeable.

Gave me no medicine even though I wake up in the middle of the night not being able to breath due to my cough. Said that it will just “go away”. What kind of doctor

The staff is always great. The Provider blew me away when he said what do you expect from me. You were at urgent care three days ago. My response was, you are the provider and I look to you to help me. I was told if I feel worse to go back. I got into your clinic. I doubt I will go back to Burien!

Went in an hour before closing with no reservation but couldn’t get in so made an appointment for the next morning. Went in early and after the intake time the behind the desk time was literally less than 15 min!  Amazing.

I got there late since I went to the wrong location by accident and they still waited for me to get there and there was no extra late fee. They got me in almost immediately and helped me with my problem!
