Woke up feeling like a bus hit me, just sick as a dog! All the staff at Burien were helpful and friendly. I was seen at a timely manner and Ally the provider was great!  Burien is my go to for quick care!

When I came down with sinus infection symptoms and freaked out that I could not get seen in my doctors office, I was very grateful to be able to get on an Indigo waitlist and then squeezed into be seen by an urgent care provider. Everyone was lovely, very friendly and professional. I was even impressed by the prompt care others received while I waited to be seen. Someone with a clearly injured leg/foot was immediately offered a wheel chair and taken back. (I knew I’d need to wait and it makes sense that someone with worse condition would get care first!). But I very much appreciated the great customer service and care I observed and myself also received. Once I got taken back, the nurse had great bedside manner. And then Dr. Lem was kind, quick but thorough, and got me assessed, treated and recommended follow up with a specialist. I very much appreciated the quality care I received! Honestly, my only frustration with the entire visit was the card reader went down, so I couldn’t pay. I can’t say how much I really appreciated the quality care that got me in and out on my way, though. Thanks to the whole staff and Dr. Lem!

Was able to walk in and they offer a text and wait at home option - brilliant! Not only does this cut down on exposure, but it's so nice to be able to go hone and return!

I had a terrible headache, something I have never had. It was several days so had me a bit concerned. The lobby, clean and inviting, and front staff, so sweet, were great,  My doctor/pa was engaging, asked about my symptoms…..but didn’t ask what my current medical conditions were or what medications I am currently taking. Didn’t ask about previous medical records. I thought maybe the pain in my head or neck was related to an ear infection. I had to ask him to check my ear. Never looked into my mouth or throat or my swollen lymph nodes…put a bandaid and be done. Not trying to figure out the underlying problem. We need doctors who aren’t going to put a bandaid on the problem.

Woke up with a sore throat and cough. Called to see if I could get in.  When I arrived was put on the waiting list.  Wasn’t too bad a wait, maybe an hour.

We loved the quiet, clean and organized lobby with water, tea, coffee and more. The check-in was fast, friendly and easy. Great front desk! The office visit was great, and it didn’t even feel like we were at the doctor. Hands down the best staff and best service. Thank you!!

I had a toe injury Friday night and was able to schedule an appt for Sunday. Khalid was super friendly and helpful and took x rays. Dr. Sra was attentive and professional. I come here for all my urgent care needs

Got an appointment easily, pre-check- in was fast and easy so when I arrived I was seen right on time. Everyone was fast and attentive. Indigo is unique in that the patient is actually heard and they have true patient centered care. I love this place! I was in and out in less than half an hour, got meds and I'm on the road to getting better. There's no better place to go when you're sick. Thank you to all the amazing staff!
