Provider was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease and like things are definitely going to get better.

I got lied too. Girl on phone told me they could perscribe me pain medication for my surgery I paid for appointment just for doctor to tell me they don’t.

After third appointment and being in severe pain for 4 days from having tonsillitis with infection spreading into my jawline and sinuses. I finally got someone to prescribe antibiotics, which no doctor there ever wants to do . I’m prone to secondary infections and it’s always a battle with urgent care . Definitely on the mend today. Thank goodness!

Scheduling was super easy. Also, the check-in process was great. I didn’t get a name for the person I spoke to, but she was great. I was very grateful to have had this option because with conjunctivitis obviously the drops should be used as soon as possible.

Almost everything went great, thanks! Only problem was technical, linking to telehealth through proprietary systems slowed down connecting significantly. I connected with staff over an hour in advance to assure compatibility, the link did not work seamlessly like TG or Allenmore.
