Very convenient. Everything was a click away. I never want to go to the doctor in person ever again.

I thought this went way easier than I ever expected. However I was charged $200 because I was told I was out of network and I called my insurance and two people confirmed that I was incorrectly charged $200. Instead of the $40. I should have been charged. So I had to file a claim about this. You owe me $160.!!! Yes I thought the provider was great but your computer was at fault!!

Felt terrible all night, needed to be seen along with my children. Virtual visits were aviation the hour making it so easy to get a diagnosis and solution quickly. Dr. Was very friendly and helpful.

It was so quick, staff was understanding and quick to prescribe exactly what helps me get relief! Great experience

The nurse on the video was great but the actual urgent care was a waste of 4 hours of my time and money. The doctor didn't even touch me and although I was told I could get a steroid in injection for my pain, the doctor said she doesn't do them on my hand. The staff, including the doctor, was in back .. and. It was clear that all staff were impatient to get back to whatever they were doing or watching Horrible experience

I would like to give a big thank you the MA Lexy and the PA (Dr.) Thomas! They were both very professional and extremely knowledgeable not to mention they were so kind and caring. I would highly recommend for anyone needing to visit an urgent care.

My issue with this visit is that it did not actually address my concerns. I believe this is something that the person who scheduled the visit should have known before suggesting that it would be an effective way to address my problem. Instead, I was advised that the person I met with cannot prescribe me the medication. I was told that I could only receive the care I needed by going to an emergency room. Since the provider knew this and stated it immediately, I certainly cannot complain about the service she provided. Her hands were tied by the law, and she wanted to help but could not.

I needed a refill of my anti depressants and was unable to see my primary care provider for weeks! I was able to make an online appointment with indigo from the privacy of my own home within 2 hours I had the appointment and refills were sent to my pharmacy. No wait time for the appointment and the provider was excellent. No barriers to treatment which is what I needed. I’d give ten stars if it were a choice! Excellent!

Reevaluate antibiotics for sinus infection. Staff was quick to accommodate an appointment, thorough, and very helpful.

I appreciate the convenience of scheduling and the efficiency with which the staff goes through things.
