I had a productive cough and wheezing that was exhausting me, so I decided to make an appointment after work on a Friday. I initially thought I’d have to suffer through the night and wait until the following day, but to my surprise there were plenty of online appointments available for that very evening! Booking was easy, so was entering all of my info, and both staff members were so nice and personable. The whole process took less than an hour and I had my meds before bedtime. I am so thankful for this service, I was able to sleep through the night last night and I’m well on my way to recovery now!

I get chronic infections. If they aren't treated promptly, I get pneumonia. Physician refused to prescribe antibiotics, and I ended up in ER with pneumonia. I have the x ray to prove it. It took a half hour waiting from my appointment time before I saw the physician.

I get a sinus infection every few years, and it's always, always bacterial. Have one now and did a virtual visit to try and get antibiotics to nip it in the bud before it got worse. I know my own body and the symptoms associated with this, as I have had it several time, and tried explaining this to the nurse practitioner that saw me, and while they finally relented and gave me a prescription, they locked it for a few days to because I "have only had symptoms for a few days so far" and to give it time to "see if I got better". Two days later and it's gotten much worse just as expected, to the point I now have associated symptoms like a sore throat, a cough from drainage, and have lost my voice. I still can't pick up the prescription because it is locked until tomorrow. I could have killed this before it got this bad, but the prescription being locked has prevented that. I understand why doctor's are hesitant to prescribe antibiotics, but if they had checked my history instead of dismissing my symptoms they could have seen exactly what I told them and I wouldn't be absolutely miserable and with no voice right now and still having to wait for the meds that could have prevented this from getting this bad.

I was having some issues with the app. It kept shutting down so I had to keep changing my slot time. The wait time was a bit longer than usual but not too bad. The Dr was nice but I’m a bit disappointed all she prescribed for me was a liquid lidocaine for my throat that’s not helping me at all, so really other than finding out that I tested negative for strep it wasn’t a super helpful appointment and I still had to go into a clinic
