Scheduling was very easy. I was very pleased with the times available.

This is the second time we’ve been there to this location. The staff at both times were so kind and efficient. They showed concern from the check in, the doctor was also amazing. I would never go anywhere else but this place it’s almost like home.

My son complained of an enlarged lymph node which we thought was related to a skin pick problem he has. We made him an appointment for the next day by going online; it took about three minutes. The staff at Indigo Lakeland is always warm and welcoming. The woman who checked us in warned us that they were running about ten minutes late, but we were brought into a room before his scheduled time and saw the provider almost immediately. The PA was wonderful and explained the severity of his condition as well as her concern for strep throat (even though he didn’t complain of a sore throat to us). She told us we could leave after the swab was taken and I was called with the results within 15 minutes. From waiting room to having our medicine from the pharmacy next door was less than an hour. The provider was amazing. Thank you for taking care of my son.

I don't go to the doctor often but appreciate that Indigo is in my neighborhood when needed. At 3, I put my name in, went home to rest and got a text at 5:30. I came back and was promptly seen. Spencer remembered me from the previous week. We treated the sinus infection but now I was struggling with asthmatic bronchitis. Spencer is respectful and really listened to me. I believe he knows that I am actually the expert on my body since I live in it. I filled the prescriptions and slept for 5 hours straight for the 1st time in days. I already have more energy and am breathing better.

Had a sore back for about 3 weeks and the doctor that helped me fixed it!

My son was having severe abdominal cramps that morning. I looked up to see what time urgent care opened, loaded up my son and got there as soon as they opened. Pleasantly pleased that they tested for Covid and flu as a precaution.

Everyone at the Auburn Indigo Urgent Care Clinic was great - very professional, thorough and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic.

The visit itself was perfect, as usual.  My only issue is with the check in process as a walk in patient.  Online booking clearly says accepting walk in patients, “Good news, this location is still accepting walk ins…”.   I should not have been reprimanded for not having a reservation.  All in all, it was said kindly, maybe a little condescending, and definitely quite over the top.  I hope the new employee being trained at the time thought the same.  A patient doesn’t need to hear “oh silly, just call us”.  The website said accepting walk ins, 0 patients ahead, call why? Appreciate Spencer’s care and attention.  He knew the diagnosis before we had the proof!
