So easy to schedule an appointment, do the paperwork online.  Checkin was a breeze and staff friendly.  The medical assistants and provider friendly, professional and efficient.  Great experience

Last 2 days congested, last 2 weeks sinus pressure. Commuted 1.5hrs for a quick 5 min Dr visit. Don’t waste your time commuting, opt for teleservice. You’ll get better quality care. Will be the same 5min and meds but not a waste of the commute time or to feel rushed out the door. I’ve never been escorted out a dr office before, typically they point the way out. Unsure if that is new policy or just for me

My visit to Indigo Health at Crossroads was fantastic! The nurse did a great job with the cleaning, and the front receptionist was incredibly friendly. The PA recommended using glue instead of stitches for cosmetic reasons and thoroughly explained the choice, which I appreciated. The facility was also impressive-clean rooms, comfortable seating, and a fridge stocked with refreshments. Each room had a list of the team members, which added a nice personal touch. They seemed well-prepared with excellent equipment. Overall, a very positive experience. I'd highly recommend it!

I had an excellent experience at this walk-in clinic. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. The wait time was reasonable, and the clinic was clean and well-organized. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear, helpful advice for my treatment. Had an abdominal pain, asked them and scheduled an appointment. When arrived, had to wait for a while for a provider. They measured my blood pressure (it was high), asked several questions and said that unfortunately they don't have anything (like, ultrasound) to do any sort of investigation. so i need to go somewhere else. When i asked can you refer me somewhere or recommend my next steps, they said that they couldn't. So, literally I got nothing of that visit, just wasted time and money. When i asked for reimbursement, they got pretty irritated and said that provider spent more than 10 minutes with me, so they consider it as a consultation. Even though most of the time was just waiting for a provider to come.

they got me in super fast and everyone was very nice and solved my issue and gave me peace of mind.

I made the appointment half hour before the time.  Then I saw the doctor right after I got there.  Front desks were nice and professional.  The doctor was knowledgeable.  She knew what she was doing and diagnosed my symptom quickly.  Very impressive.

Everything was great, except for the staff. From a patient persepctive, the bedside manner was terrible. It made the me, as the patient, felt very uncomfortable. Could be because of staff burnt out, which seems like a trend nowadays. I think everyone just needs to show more compassion if they can.
