I've only been to you a couple of times, but every time, I feel valued as a patient.

Staff was excellent! Great care. However, had a strep test and was told I can wait in my room for my results. While I was waiting a gal came in with my discharge paperwork and basically told me to leave and will be contacted if my strep results was positive. I asked if I needed to get out of the room. She said yes! I then asked if my results can be texted? She said not very friendly, no! I cant text you that! Felt the individual was somewhat rude unlike the rest of the staff and provider.

First time here and was impressed by how easy it was to schedule and how clean it was. Our provider came in and barley took 2 minutes with us. Was quick to throw an antibiotic and when I mentioned she sounded congested and wheezy, he then said he would prescribe an inhaler! I had to ask for him to actually press on her stomach and listen to her lungs. Waste of time and money as we had to take her to Mary Bridge to get an accurate exam and help. Would not recommend for anything requiring a thourough exam or help with anything not accute and obvious.

Absolutely have nothing but good things to say about this place! I feel like the care I received is phenomenal and it doesn’t take hours on end which I really appreciate. Keep up the good work I will continue to tell others about your business.

Second time to this location, staff both times have been very kind thru the process and even though not feeling well they still helped keep a smile on my face.

Took my six year old in for a cough and runny nose that wouldn't go away. Hannah at the front desk was so sweet, friendly, and encouraging. The building was clean and comfortable. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, but even if I hadn't there weren't many people waiting so I don't think we would have waited long. Overall, I was very pleased with the process and the people.

My daughter had a sprained ankle the dr was great and her staff. I feel like we were heard . And they gave my daughter a brace. We had a great experience !

Friendly staff that provided excellent care. Was able to book an appointment mid day for the evening. Wait time was short, in and out within 45 mins.

Was able to make appt when needed. Check in very easy. Staff very friendly  And care was great !
