Friendly compassionate & effective care. Experience put me at ease & exceeded my expectations.

I’m actually disappointed with my experience with Indigo Urgent care. This is my second visit to this location, unfortunately this time was different from my 1st visit. My Copay is Typically $30, yet was charged $178 without a clear explanation. We checked in our app to see if there was any mistake on our end and sure says $30 Copay. When I asked the breakdown of the charges, the staff didn’t seem to understand or provide clear answers. One employee was just throwing out numbers, which made the situation even more confusing and unprofessional.  To make matters worse, i left without much information about my condition or any antibiotics for my swollen lymph nodes, which was the reason for my visit. I feel life i paid A significant amount of money and received very little care or clarity in return.  While I went ahead and paid the bill, i expected better transparency and service. This experience have left me feeling undervalued as a patient.

Was able to book for the next day at a convenient time. Check in was so friendly and efficient. I felt terrible but the visit was quick yet thorough and everyone was so nice. Leanne G whom I saw was so thorough and really listened to my symptoms. I didn't feel rushed and I felt she really knew the best route of care and wanted me to feel better. The absolute best urgent care experience I have had.

Bonney lake indigo is amazing! Brought my son is as a walk in for an injury. Jessica was so sweet while rooming him, made him feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing for him. After a short wait the provider Leanne came in and evaluated his injury as well as came up with a thorough care plan including a referral to the specialist. Jessica then came back to fit him for a splint and made sure all our questions were answered. All together an AMAZING team of caring and compassionate MAs and ARNP

It was easy to book an appointment through Solv, the auto text messages are great to fill out the needed paperwork prior to the appt and the text reminders are nice as well.  Check in is always very quick, and since I scheduled an appointment online, I’ve never had to wait, the appt was on time. The staff and nurses are all very friendly, will offer water or tea, and the doctors I’ve seen have all been very kind and listen to the cold symptoms and discuss options.  I highly recommend them.  The facility is well maintained and clean too.

Staff is incredible!  Danae at the front greeted me and my daughter right away with a smile and got us checked in right away! Madeline, MA was wonderful rooming her and provided her with apple juice while she waited to be seen. Debbie, our provider was so kind and treated her quickly! Hannah our MA at discharge was so sweet and caring! My daughter and I had a great experience !!

Really impressed with the check in process and ability to keep track of our place in the queue. Care was thoughtful and complete.

Although they were quite booked due to flu season, I appreciated being given an estimated wait time so I could be comfortable at home. Once I was able to be seen, they were extremely profressional and caring. From the check-in to the medical professionals, they were excellent. I will come back!

I was appreciative that they could get me in that evening since I wasn’t improving. Everyone was great!
