Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fast wait time. Clean facility.

Looking for pain relief but that didn’t seem to be a concern, a lot of wasted money for no resolve or help.  Basically why it’s a waste of time for most.  Won’t be going back.

We always take our son to Indigo in Bothell and they give him the best treatment! The nurses take their time to hear his concerns and answer his questions. We never feel rushed. The staff here are so helpful. Once my son had a small cut to his head, another Indigo turned us away. We went to Bothell and they worked us in before they closed. We’re forever grateful!

I needed an appointment for a clogged ear. I made an appointment online for the same afternoon. When I arrived I was greeted well, and in 3 minutes was taken into the exam room. The staff is friendly and competent. I had a great experience and my problem was quickly solved. This is THE best clinic for so many medical needs.

Staff seemed a bit rushed and a less thorough evaluation from the doctor that I was expecting. My son was given antibiotics after similar symptoms by our pediatrician 2 weeks before when he was seen, but this doctor said that they don’t usually prescribe antibiotics for bronchitis or bronchial infections after I inquired. My daughter’s cough has not improved and the 2-3 weeks of coughing that she said it could take up to will not work for my daughter to miss so much school with all this heavy coughing. So I am now taking her to the pediatrician tomorrow for follow up and likely the antibiotics that we should have been given earlier this week.  We won’t be returning to for any future urgent care needs as a doctor who spends time with the patient and doesn’t rush through the appointment is a priority for us above anything else. For us, urgent care means getting a quick appointment scheduled, but not ‘fast food service’ and support.

The staff was wonderful and efficient! Aman at the front desk was wonderful!

Everything from scheduling to front desk staff to nurse to Doctor to the care provided was great. I appreciated the attentiveness to each of my children. It made the situation of having 3 kids with the flu bearable. I will use this office again.

The team was wonderful in all aspects. I appreciated Mena and Lily's care.
