The clinic was amazing. They got my son in and out for breathing issues. All the staff was amazing and Spencer really took his time to explain everything in detail.

Scheduling of appointment definitely needs improvement. Online in theory is good for patient and company if they work as designed. However, the accuracy of available dates and yimes seems to be jnconsistent and non user friendly. but the human aspect at checkin and bedside manner was great. Electronic transferring of Rx notes to the receiving pharmacy took way to long over an hour and a half. I eventually had to get a printed script to take to the pharmacy which was a block away. Needs improvement.

Woke up this morning with sharpness of breath, Asthma problems and lungs. Singing as soon as I got here, I was seen right away took a breathing treatment. Check my lungs, everything, and by the time I left. I was feeling better.This is by far one of the best places i've ever came for healthcare.

Bronchitis. Couldn’t stop coughing for a few days before I went in. I’m always reluctant to see a doctor because I rarely feel like I’m being heard. This time was different. Staff was empathetic and knowledgeable. I was in and out with prescriptions to get me healing and back to normal. Feeling better already.

Woke up feeling like a bus hit me, just sick as a dog! All the staff at Burien were helpful and friendly. I was seen at a timely manner and Ally the provider was great!  Burien is my go to for quick care!

Very helpful friendly staff. Identified my issue quickly once in exam room. 3 emergencies coincided my visit, wondering why the don't go to hospital emergency.

When I came down with sinus infection symptoms and freaked out that I could not get seen in my doctors office, I was very grateful to be able to get on an Indigo waitlist and then squeezed into be seen by an urgent care provider. Everyone was lovely, very friendly and professional. I was even impressed by the prompt care others received while I waited to be seen. Someone with a clearly injured leg/foot was immediately offered a wheel chair and taken back. (I knew I’d need to wait and it makes sense that someone with worse condition would get care first!). But I very much appreciated the great customer service and care I observed and myself also received. Once I got taken back, the nurse had great bedside manner. And then Dr. Lem was kind, quick but thorough, and got me assessed, treated and recommended follow up with a specialist. I very much appreciated the quality care I received! Honestly, my only frustration with the entire visit was the card reader went down, so I couldn’t pay. I can’t say how much I really appreciated the quality care that got me in and out on my way, though. Thanks to the whole staff and Dr. Lem!

Was able to walk in and they offer a text and wait at home option - brilliant! Not only does this cut down on exposure, but it's so nice to be able to go hone and return!
