I absolutely love the nurse practitioner that helped us both times. She was so sweet and caring to my son. Loved her

It’s not just the cleanliness of the facility and the kindness of the whole staff, which are fantastic, but Dr Magby. She goes above and beyond, is kind and knowledgeable, has incredible bedside manner and is top notch. I have seen more physicians than I can count in our area over the last 6 years and she is by far over and above the rest. My children and myself have all had the pleasure of seeing her now and each time she is just as kind and knowledgeable as the last. I would recommend her a thousand times over.

The entire staff from. Check in to walking out the door was a great experience. They are professional and very friendly I highly recommend them. The online check in was a great timer saver and easy to do.

Drove from Spokane for the chance to see to see Kelsea H. PA-C. All staff from check in to check out were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Kelsea was SO good with my toddler who was un easy to be at the doctors office. She really listened to all my concerns and truly validated and supported me. I was suddenly feeling pretty sick while in the area. I didn't have my insurance card on me due to starting a new job, but they were able to pull up my information and get me seen. I had originally scheduled an appointment to be seen in the later afternoon, but was able to easily change my appointment time online. So fast and easy. Thankful for how quickly the appointment was so I could go home and rest sooner.

I had a good visit at Indigo Urgent Care.  However their prefilled questionnaire has set me off.  The front desk help was great with my check in.  My nurse practitioner took time to assess my condition and discuss it with me and supply her suggestions and a prescription. However, this prefilled questionnaire is total BS.  Let your people do their work and stand on their own laurels.  This survey is so off the mark.  If you want your customers opinion leave the fields blank, and do not do this auto fill BS!

Woke up with a Sore throat and earache. This after being sick off and on for 3 weeks.  Got an appointment for that afternoon. I was offered something to drink (tea, juice, water) and a snack. Waiting room very clean and decorated nicely. Staff was very nice. NP Sam was exceptionally nice, professional and thorough. Very good experience! I would definitely recommend!
