I was a walk in patient that was stung by hornets….was using a string trimmer and  uncovered  a hornets nest in the ground….got stung and went to the urgent care by my house.,they were fast as I was just their in July for post nasal drip and a persistent cough…,the staff was very professional and empathetic…the doctor treated my condition quickly as My data for previous hornet encounter had been documented…and the doctor had a road map to follow for treatment…..very happy with urgent care…till next time…lol….thank you peeps

Staff was super friendly and considerate. PA and assistants were knowledgeable and answered my questions fully. This will be my clinic of choice if future urgent care is needed. Kudos to this entire team!

I have been to Covington Indigo Care many times. Very easy to schedule appointment on line. The care the staff shows is unparalleled. Dr Khan, Roman and Ronan are some of the most wonderful people I have ever enjoyed anywhere. I just can’t say enough good things about them and this facility. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Staff were friendly but I was asked what kind of testing I wanted. I asked for doctors recommendations. Overall care recommendations were minimal.

Every staff member I encountered during my visit was friendly and professional and constantly asked if I was okay.

I’m new in the area. I came from another state in another part of the country. To say I was impressed with the service, the level of care, and the caring attitude of the staff is an understatement. We didn’t have anything this nice and this professional in the city I came from.

Staff is always great, I have nothing but compliments for everyone's attitude and great attention. I always choose to come here and I'm always very comfortable even though I feel awful physically.

I was able to easily book an appointment online for the following day. The staff was friendly and attentive. Wait times were pretty long but I did show up 30 mins early to my appointment so I anticipated that for the most part. I wouldn't recommend doing a walk-in though. The clinician was friendly and knowledgable. I was able to get diagnosed and get a med prescription the same day. Would go again for urgent care needs.

the lady in the front desk was so helpful even though i was a walk in patient..
