All of the staff showed hospitality and and the visit was worth the time.

I was in with no appointment and I was wait about 2 hours , was not to bad for me  because receptionist, nurse and doctor was very helpful , was my first time there and I liked, thank you for taking care me!!

Urgent care isn’t what it used to be. Every Indigo Urgent Care location seems to be great. I don’t like waiting and that’s never seems to be a problem here. The staff is always friendly, the place is clean and I’m in and out quickly. Sometimes they even offer me water. I really appreciate that since I’m usually dehydrated when I’m feeling well. I definitely recommend this provider.

Very clean and friendly clinic but the nursing staff seemed to forget we were there while we waited for our discharge paperwork. After 15 minutes sitting trying to entertain a toddler I finally went looking for a nurse to give us our paperwork so that we could leave. The papers were just waiting there - obviously the ball got dropped. Otherwise my last experiences here have been good and I will come back.

Roman checked me in and was friendly and helpful getting me quickly to a room. The medical assistant was ready to go taking my vitals, next prepping my cut and answering my questions. Dr. Tyquan was friendly, professional and explained what the process would be. The care I received was exceptional, very timely and my prescription was ready upon my arrival to my pharmacy. This was my first visit to Indigo and I would highly recommend the Covington location to all my friends and family. Thank you for your great care all around! M

I came in for a probably non routine type issue. The staff did a great job and were very friendly.  They talked through the problems I was experiencing and different potential options. Every person there was accommodating and answered any questions that I had. Thank you all!

Great experience all around. Walked in. They were booked but put me on a wait list and called me 2 hours later to come in. Spent about an hour once there. All of the staff were great to work with.

Forgot to tell provider one important thing and now it’s a holiday weekend before I can access a Specialist

I could not hear out of my left ear. The check in was fast. They were very kind and said for me to come back anytime! I left and I could hear better than before!
