LOVE Catherine White. She really cares, takes her time with you.

I have been sick for a while now with chronic diarrhea, and thought I would finally get help. Nurse said “I don’t know how to treat you and I don’t know what you want from this visit.”  I was nearly in tears trying to explain how miserable I was and asked if she could order labs or anything. She said no, because she wouldn’t have communication with me…. I was self pay and want my $250 back. Left with no recommendations, no medication, and feeling worse and more stressed than I was before visiting.

Headed to indigo because I suspected a UTI. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and kind.  The facility is immaculate and as a walk-in, my wait time was very reasonable. Dr. Katherine White is amazing.  She is gentle and thorough and really listens to her patients.  I wish she had her own practice!!!  I highly recommend Multicare Indigo and Katherine White.  don’t like being sick, but I love the care they provide.

I have been to other local urgent cares and have had to endure long wait times. The way Indigo allows for both scheduling appointments as well as allowing walk-ins is genius. Less time spent sitting in the lobby with other sick people, kind compassionate staff, and less time spent out of my day to get good care. Thank you!

My husband scheduled the appointment for me with ease. We only had to wait a few minutes and were directed to the Dr. Everyone from the receptionist, medical asst and Dr were all pleasant and welcoming.   I would recommend this provider and establishment.

I was walk in and told 1.5 to 2 hours.  Ended up being a 5 hour wait.  If I had known that I could have made other arrangements.  I tried booking online, but no appointments and I figured “urgent” care shouldn’t wait another day since I was coughing up blood.  Other than the wait, I was satisfied with the service.

The entire process from online check in, text message reminders to the actual appointment was fast and efficient. Staff were prompt and amazingly courteous. My symptoms were evaluated and a course of action prescribed and out the door in 20 minutes. Thanks again!

Everyone was super friendly and extra kind- the bedside manner was impeccable. But I had an appointment at six and didn’t end up leaving the office until 7:47. I didn’t end up going back into the room until at least 45 minutes after my appointment start time. With no communication on a delay I just think that might’ve been a kind thing to do. But overall, very satisfied with my visit.

I was in and out faster than any medical appointment I can remember!
