Woke up this morning with an earache and they handled me with care as I have anxiety very friendly and kind staff I would totally recommend this gig harbor location!!!

I love the fact that you can make same day appointments. Will never go to the other urgent care in town again. Only wish I was aware of you folks sooner!!

Came in for a swollen knuckle. Dr didn’t even touch my hand or do xrays of any sort and came to the conclusion my rings needed to be cut off. Knuckle still swollen, rings now cut. Not very happy but that was the only suggestion dr gave and I was in a vulnerable spot.

Walk in visit with a blister along an incision on my thumb from previous surgery.  The office crew was entirely prompt and polite and professional. McKenzie was carefully attentive and did a good job communicating issues and concerns.  Glad to know such a capability exists in our community.

Everyone was very friendly!! I was immediately taken to a room and I think the longest I ever waited was 3-5 minutes. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care.

Online scheduling was easy, and I got in right away. Staff was friendly, and check in was seamless. I highly recommend Indigo Urgent Care Uptown Gig Harbor if you need to be seen.

This Urgent care is hands down the best urgent care in our area.  The staff is always so kind and accommodating. ARNP Kathryn White is an angel.  I’d give anything to have her as a primary care doctor.  She is so sweet, thorough, and so knowledgeable.  She really listens to her patients and provides information and suggestions, not just medication.  She’s amazing.  Highly recommend for anyone wanting quality care in every area of an urgent care.

I am so pleased with the care I received!  I had to have a foreign object removed from the ear,.  The procedure was done quickly and efficiently and without pain! I’m very impressed plus the staff and the doctor were all so kind! Thank you.

Made an appointment and showed up early and they said they were running behind. I didn’t get into the room until 25 minutes after my appointment and I didn’t get seen by the doctor for another 25 minutes. While I was there, I saw two other patients so I don’t know why they were so behind or what the problem was. Everyone was nice though.

Needed a wart on my daughter looked at and hopefully frozen off. Made an appt online, when we walked in, they let us know they were running behind and gave us the option of leaving and they would text us when it was time for us. So awesome and so much better than waiting in the lobby. Staff is always kind and wonderful. 100% recommend this indigo in particular! We have never had a bad experience there!
