Scheduling and check-in was easy.  Staff was really nice and the clinic/environment was clean.

I loved this urgent care facility. The whole experience was awesome. It’s a very efficient system, nice waiting area, great and uplifting music. The check-in was easy, the staff friendly, I will definitely recommend this place to my acquaintances

Indigo is my go to place for urgent care when I cannot see my regular doctor. I was able to get an appointment within an hour of getting on line to schedule. The staff has always been so friendly. I like the fact that their waiting area has plenty of room (although with a pre-scheduled appointment, I don't have to wait more than a minute anyway). The nurse, X-ray tech, and doctor were all nice and took time to get all the details of my issue. Very happy with them

Everything went smoothly with minimal wait times. Scheduling was simple and there were plenty of time slots available. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The experience was great, except I thought a doctor would see me before the MA suggested I get an XRAY. He seemed pushy for an xray without me being seen by a doctor first, then the xray was negative. I felt upsold by the MA because I heard him leave the room saying I got an xray and cheering.

Made an appointment for 8:00AM and didn’t get seen until 9:30. Paper work took too long and wouldn’t let me be seen until finished which was done except security code for my chart. Should be a much easier process for older people!!!! The Dr was very nice and helpful.

This clinic was the best experience I have ever had! Everything from scheduling, Check-in,MA assessment and the Dr visit was beyond excellent.I appreciate everyone at this clinic for their knowledge & kindness.

Had a UTI coming on, was able to schedule an appointment. When I arrived the team was great. Very kind, efficient, and they were busy!  I’m already feeling better this morning.

I was a walk in, they took me right in and everyone was just really nice and comforting as I was feeling light headed and clammy. Staff was very thorough and treated me like a human being, great experience. I would recommend this urgent care and the provider.
