I love that my waiting time was only 5 minutes, I love this Multicare clinic. And they offered me water and a warm blanket!!

The team at the Marvin Road, Indigo urgent care are amazing! I always wait till the last minute to go to the doctor. Therefore, when I call, it’s important that I am seen the same day. They have always been able to accommodate me and if they have no appointments at that location they will help me find another Indigo Clinic in my town that can see me the same day. I am usually in and out of there within 30 minutes. And the staff are all very caring and kind. The care team are thorough and good listeners. They are my go to when it is unnecessary for me to go see my regular primary care, doctor. I’ve seen multiple providers and have been extremely pleased with each encounter.The team at Marvin Road Indigo Clinic rocks! I highly recommend them!

Everyone at Indigo is kind, caring and have the best interest for the well being of each patient they see. I felt very well cared for. I would and have recommended Indigo to others.

It was pretty easy to schedule an appointment, as well as upload necessary insurance information so I didn’t have to in person, check in was straightforward. Surprisingly, everyone was very kind and sympathetic as I was feeling pretty sick. The doctor let me know the next steps and I was done relatively quickly. I even liked the summary of my wait and appointment times I got later.

Had a cough way too long, this morning was able to get an appt, was in and out within 30 minutes. Staff is always amazing that is why we continue to go her for help. Thanks for being here. Highly recommend them

Couldn’t have been a better experience. I really appreciated the level of care I received here.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that were very professional. I felt I was well cared for. The provider listened to me and recommended a course of treatment. I highly recommend them to anyone that has medical issue that needs professional care but doesn’t need to be seen in the Emergency Department.

Longer wait than expected to see provider (had appt), but due to short staffing, which was communicated throughout. Everyone was kind and professional. Would recommend
