Every time I need help they give the absolute best service. They're so fast getting you in and seeing you and they really go above and beyond you can tell they care. I feel like a lot of places aren't like that anymore so it's so nice to get this experience here especially when you aren't well. Jillease (I hope I spelled it right) was so very helpful. Highly recommend Indigo urgent care in Lake Stevens. So easy to schedule, so quick to get results and medicine.

I had 2 sick kiddos who needed to be seen and only 1 appointment was available. They let me know that they would try to see both but it was busy and there was no guarantee. When we came in they were able to squeeze both of them in. The kids didn’t feel well and were very crabby and the staff was so patient and kind. We thanked them profusely but we really hope they know how absolutely appreciative we are. Thank you!!

I called due to my son having ear pain- they were booked up but scheduled me for the afternoon and said I could still try walking in. I got there and they very quickly checked me in and got us seen in under 5 minutes. The Dr did not keep us waiting for more than 5-10 minutes and was able to diagnose and get us out quickly. The dr was amazing with my 5 year old and made jokes and made it fun for him. They listened to our concerns and requests and I am very grateful for them! I would recommend anyone check them out.

Scheduling was easy online to pick a time to go in for walk in. I Set my appointment the day before and was able to get in even after running a couple minutes late, I had to wait a few short minutes for the receptionist to update my insurance and then I was called back. My nurse was super friendly and helpful and my doctor Nick was very informative and helped get me some antibiotics for an infection and offered to provide a foot wrap and a very friendly nurse wrapped my foot very nicely! Quick and easy appointment and I got the answers and relief I needed

Walk-in wait time was very short, the staff at the front desk and the techs were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The wait time was really long for having made an appointment ahead, 66 minute wait time for 5 minutes of “care”. Provider Niko was not a pleasant person to see, I’ve been sick for 3 weeks and this was my second visit during this sickness, Niko was not caring and at times he was even demeaning because I didn’t know the difference between chest tightness and shortness of breath. I would absolutely not recommend him. Other than that experience I’ve have great visits at this location.
