Needed more exrays from a recent fall. We made an appointment to come back in 3 hrs. We did so. When we came back we only waited 5 min before going in an exam room to see what was needed. Within 10 min we were meeting with the exray tech. Had exams, got dressed & out in less than 30 min. Got results from exeays in 3 hrs. Easy! I would definately recommend highly!

I walked in to this emergency medical facility after a tripping on a rock at a local county park. I landed on my face/head because I had my hands in my pockets due to very cold temperatures. I did not have to wait at all. The lady at the front desk ushered me into an examination room immediately.  I am still a bit banged up with black and blue marks and some minor fractures.  This fall was pretty traumatic and shook me up a bit. I really appreciate the care I got. Thank You!

I have used Indigo Urgent Care several times. Today I was able to schedule my visit in a timely manner. Rianne was great at reception, Emma was an excellent nurse, and Dr Skrei, whom I had not met before was outstanding. In the past I was treated by Christy Ceballos, PA and Travis Hunt, PA. I feel very fortunate that I have had access to this Liberty Lake Indigo Urgent Care. From my view they comprise the ideal Urgent Care. I really cannot say enough about how good their quality care, listening skills, involving me in decisions, diagnosing, and treating me. I have used a half dozen times and they are consistently outstanding across their entire team. My sincere thanks. I highly recommend.

I found the initial staff to be very thorough, but felt the ARNP I saw was rushed and didn't take the time for a full diagnosis. This has left me with needing to wait for a follow up with my primary instead, which was what I was trying to avoid by coming to Urgent Care.

Scheduling was a challenge and I was transferred to another clinic but then I was a a “walk in” instead and had to wait longer and the prescription wasn’t called in to the pharmacy in time to have that day or even the next day. Check in was a pain and I was greeted unkindly by receptionist staff. I had great care for my issues but I wish I had been seen and helped in an actual timely manner to get the full care needed for my urgent care needs.

Friendly, kind and helpful staff. The visit was quick- I was in and out in about 30 minutes or less.
