Very pleased with the service. The PAc was professional and educated very informed with my issues. Very pleased with the outcome however my appt was at 6pm and I didn't see her till 6:30pm

I caught an illness from my wife, turned out to be Influenza A for both of us. I got sick on Friday and we went to the urgent care near Sullivan and Sprague Saturday afternoon. They were booked so the girl at the counter made an appointment for my wife and I to be seen at the Liberty Lake location. Every one of the staff was kind, friendly and cheerful, even joking with us. I was prescribed a medication and my wife got it picked up within 2 hours of our visit. A big thank you to all that helped care for us, we will recommend your services to others.

Start to finish was smooth brilliant and very easy!

I decided to go in as a walk in because I had been sick for about a week with a cough and couldn't breath well. My lungs rattled when I breathed out and my cough was dry and unproductive. I looked and saw that the urgent care was "in network" for my insurance which was perfect. I walked in and was immediately greeted. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was able to schedule my appointment same day on my phone while I was in the waiting room. I didn't wait long at all. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a 5 star experience in service and care. I was able to get meds I needed and felt much better after following the instructions and taking the prescriptions. Would highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience as a walk-in. Staff was very professional and friendly. The wait was a little long, but it was late afternoon and with respiratory illness season, I expected a delay. They did give a time to come back, so I went out for a couple quick errands. The provider was very thorough in asking me questions, and I felt very comfortable. I got an Rx for an ear infection; and hope to feel better soon.

They took me as a walk-in. Was seen in less than 10 minutes. Concerned about possible Covid (over 80). Positive for flu. Prescription issued. Mind put at ease. Great experience - except for the being sick part. Would recommend.

It snowed this morning making travel difficult. I chose to go this urgent care. I'm a Vet. My insurance was coordinated with the VA. I was evaluated promptly diagnosed extremely fast. Great job!

Scheduled online, got called in early. Hardly any wait time between assistants and Dr and everyone was so kind. Love the following up calls too.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! I was in and out inside of twenty minutes. Fast and efficient and also attentive, pleasant and professional. I could not be more pleased. These folks deserve a raise.
