Friendly staff and the office is clean. I was a walk-in patient and they saw me within 30-40 min. Thank you!

I haven’t ever been to a walk in clinic that made appointments or appointments only but I actually think that its a bit more considerate. Really clean! Staff was really friendly and not intimidating at all. I came at 12 and got an appointment for around 5. Wait time didn’t bother me too much. They definitely have such a high rating for a reason

I can't believe this place. They pray my foot i have a 4th and 5th metatarsal breaks on my foot. Cool so they refer a place cool. I sit waiting for almost a week to be seen only to be told they don't except my insurance. My foot is still broken and I'm now waiting on another appointment that I called and provided myself. It's been a week now and my foot is still broken and I'm still waiting on care. I will never go back to this place and will never recommend it to anyone.

The ladies up front were very helpful. I walked in and was put on a stand-by list. They were able to text me later that they had a cancellation and that I could be seen today. My problem still didn’t seem to get solved or really any answers. I felt like the doctor just wanted to push me out the door. I could hear their conversations outside while I was waiting in my exam room. The doctor didn’t seem to have much patience with me when I was trying to answer her questions. While the staff was great, the doctor made it very uncomfortable to want to come back to this location.

I walked in and didn’t make an appointment. No rating value to offer.

Entire staff was great team professional, caring and personable will recommend MultiCare Indigo to anyone in need of medical attention .

Came in for a concussion concerns and amongst other things. Muriel was great. She assessed and listened. Had redirected us to an ER for more test that would be more available to us.

I couldn’t get a hold of my regular doctor so I came in to this place. It was the most pleasant experience. I think I’ve ever had in a doctors office! In-N-Out fast, easy, friendly, clean very clean! Highly recommend!!!

I was a walk in first thing in the morning and they fit me in with just a little bit of a wait. Very nice staff especially at the front desk.

I was pleased except that they told me I would get a call back from them as soon as my lab came in, as it would determine if needed antibiotics. Etc. They did not call.  I was pretty sick, so I tried calling them the next day. The phone rang and rang; no recording and no pick-up.  Tried again later and did get put on hold.  She gave me the finding, I let her know I was disappointed by the lack of follow-through. Seemed not to matter.
