The PA wasn't very handson to diagnose the problem with my elbow

Came in with a migraine, something I deal with chronically. I am working with my PCP, but when it gets really bad I need to go in for pain management. Jacob Price was my PA this visit, and the visit before this one. He remembered me and the issues I’ve been having, and was very quick to come up with a solution that worked for both he and I.

Staff was efficient and friendly. They were down-to-earth while maintaining professionalism.

It was easy to get it and I was seen quickly and given appropriate care. The staff was friendly and helpful!

They did amazing. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They actually cared about what was going on with me.

We have seen the Doctor a few times ans he has a way of making me feel like I overreact when I bring my son in to be checked out. The nurses are all super nice and treat us so good

Woke up this morning with a very sore hip and I could barely move, so I made an appointment to get a Toradol shot and when I arrived I was the only patient, but still had to wait. Then the nursing staff was not the best for gentleness and care, one nurse smacked me with the blood pressure cuff cords right in the hand and my knuckle, and the other nurse made me stand over the bed in a new and painful position to get the shot painfully administered. It was the most uncomfortable thing I have had in a while. The only staff that was helpful and kind was the urgent care doc I didn’t really need to talk to for long since this was a routine thing I have done often. I don’t recommend the nurses unless they receive more training on gentleness in nursing. I’m in more pain than I was helped by the nurses.

Amazing experience! Took my daughter in for a sprained ankle after a fall down the stairs. Got right in with the friendliest check-in and most amazing service from top to bottom/beginning to end. My daughter left there feeling very cared for.

The staff here are ALWAYS amazing. Everyone (from the time you walk in, through the time you leave) at this Argonne location are so genuinely kind and caring, and treat everyone with so much respect and compassion. This is the only urgent care I ever go to because of the quality care and service they always provide.

I went in around 1 without an appointment and they let me know that it would be a few hours wait. I made an appointment to come back at 6 and I was seen then. Staff were very friendly, despite being busy. I would recommend this location to others.
