I didn’t schedule but just walked in. The check-in process was painless and I only had to wait about five minutes before I was placed into a room. Keila was proficient and friendly at check-in as well as doing my eye test and taking vital signs. She also took every effort to ensure my comfort while flushing my eye. She explained everything as we went along. Jacky was my provider and she too, was knowledgeable and quite proficient. She too explained everything in detail. They both told me not to hesitate to go to the ER if my problem worsened. I’ve not been to indigo before, but would certainly recommend it to anyone. Thanks for your great service and care.

Had swollen tonsil right side.  Couldn’t get into my PCP.  Walk in to clinic.  Tried making appointment but was booked for 2 days.  Had to wait about 1 3/4 hrs to be seen as walk in.  Clinic is clean, MA was great, and the doctor was great.  Recommend the office.
