Indigo needs to staff better for a weekend appointment. When I got there I was told it would be 15 min for my appointment as the provider was running behind. It’s a Sunday. It took about 30 minutes but I get it, there was a toddler who was sick and navigating toddler waters can be tricky. The thing is, and why I have such a low rating is the nurse practitioner was not thorough at all.  I’m so unimpressed with any of the NPs I’ve seen. Due to lack of experience and the knowledge that comes from it (not just textbook learning) she failed to fully explore the issues I was experiencing.

Smashed my finger at work. Got it pretty good.  I was seen almost immediately when I arrived. Super friendly and caring staff. They took great care of me.  When I returned for the follow up a d get stitches removed - I experienced the same great service. The wait time was a little longer, even though I made an appointment…but nothing crazy and was totally understandable.  I’m going to be changing my provider from UW Medicine to these guys.
