I have been really struggling with my primary care provider and was in the middle of switching to MutliCare. My primary care provider ended up leaving the practice leaving me at a loss with my care since I was feeling a slew of ailments and needed answers sooner rather than later. I booked an appointment with the urgent care and it was the most thorough appointment I’ve had in ages. I explained my situation with my primary care and they took the time to ask really detailed questions, took notes, and ordered tests based on my symptoms and concerns. I was afraid I would be dismissed or not taken seriously, but they were the exact opposite. You hear about urgent cares being an in and out type of clinic but not with MultiCare. They took my concerns seriously from the moment I stepped into the exam room and spent real time with me to listen and let me explain what I needed. I left feeling confident and more relieved than I have in awhile. I was also seen promptly at my appointment time. Shout out to Andrea Cachia and her care team today for being awesome providers.

OI was able to use walk-in on Sunday after a fall Saturday.  The staff was courteous and got me on the walk in list.  Hardly any wait and was seen by Brandi the PA-C.  After exam and X-rays it was determined to be a wrist fracture.  They put me in a splint, forwarded referral to Orthopedic and gave me clear care instruction. The whole visit i was treated with kindness and concern.  Much appreciated.

I made appointment online on Sunday afternoon & got in early on Monday, no wait. All the staff were friendly and professional.

Everything about my visit was amazing and I hate going to the doctor! The staff was very friendly, the wait time was short and easy.

Had a problem with my ear.  Got in tight away and resolved the problem. BFriendky staff and happy place.

The entire staff is top notch! The entire process was easy.

Came in with symptoms of the flu. Was able to be seen quickly and in a timely manner. I was seen by Kat and Brandy and both of them were so wonderful and nice.

Scheduling is super easy and fast to get in, all staff was friendly and accommodating excluding the provider I saw that day. She made me feel extremely rushed and I felt as though she wasn’t listening to me and had other worries in mind. Before I could finish answering my questions she rushed out saying she was going to put in an order for some prescriptions. I still had questions to ask her and when the MA returned to give me a summary of the appointment I asked if the provider was returning because I still had questions. I was told there was a number I could call if I had any further questions and was told the provider was busy with an emergency. I spent maybe 4 minutes with the provider, I understand it’s urgent care and the visit is typically short and sweet however I feel as if I did not receive adequate care or answers regarding the issue I have been having for over a month.

Came in and had to have an abscess drained and the staff were not only super friendly and calming but they explained what was going on and were quick about it
