When I went in for the appointment, I was greeted by friendly smiles. Front staff was awesome. They were very helpful and communicated very well about my paperwork. I had literally zero wait time in the lobby, as well as in the exam room after the physicians assistant took vitals, etc. The physician came in just a minute ir two after her assistant left. My physician was very thorough and informative during the exam. She ordered PT, x-rays, and even told me that massages for my back issue were available. Overall 5 star treatment, cleanliness, attitudes, friendliness, and atmosphere. I would recommend this Multicare to anyone needing to see a doctor in an urgent care situation.

Scheduling was very easy.  Once I arrived I received a text confirming my arrival and appointment was on schedule.  The staff was very helpful and professional, and they helped me get my paperwork completed and I was able to get my Medical Examiner’s Certificate for driving my vehicle in a timely manner.  Thanks so much!

Went in for a dot physical! Staff was super friendly I had a bit of a delay of which the staff was super apologetic! But other than that my appointment went well and the doctor pointed out some Red flags for me to work on before my next physical. I will definitely be using them on a regular basis! And definitely recommend them!
