Have a nagging cough was able to get an appointment within an hour of me getting off work

You guys are amazing always very friendly when I come and pretty fast as well which is appreciated the medical assistants up front are always helpful and very friendly same thing with the physicians I'm not a fan of going to the doctors at all but I will always come to this urgent care for treatment (: thank you for everything you do for this community

Came in with an ankle injury. Jen at the front desk was friendly and got us in quickly. Carla was great in the room and the provider Raj was thorough and kind. Overall a great experience! Thank you

My son was seen there two times within 48 hours. The first Visit, he was seen for a sore throat. They did not look at his ears, nose or listen to his breathing. They did however, check for Covid, flu, and strep throat, which all of them came out negative. They requested to drop blood to check for mono. The second visit. He had a major ear infection and sinus infection. he was prescribed amoxicillin for that. But still no test results back on the blood that was drawn.. I received a phone call after the second visit later that afternoon and was informed that I needed to bring my son in for blood draw again because the one that they got from us not usable they left it sitting out and did nothing with it, it did not get sent to the lab. Needless to say, I am not very happy about the issue with the blood being left out and wasted.

Very easy, clean medical facility. The team was friendly and helpful. Easy to schedule. Cost was affordable.

Wait time was longer than expected but friendly and professional staff.

Scheduled an appt for tomorrow, Sunday morning, but got a text that they could see me today instead so I went. Front desk lady was awesome. They the got me into a room pretty quick but I waited for probably half an hour to see the PA after the intake. When she finally showed up she popped in, totally rushed and within like 2 min I was on my way after she told me where the exit was. Esp after such a long wait it was disappointing to feel almost like I was a problem...after I was invited to stop to fight instead. Not a great experience with the PA.

Over my lifetime, this was the best medical experience of customer service that I have ever experienced! A+
