I loved being able to schedule an appointment time that worked with my schedule. Once I arrived, my wait time was very short and the staff were great.

Made an appointment which is a nice feature. Quick check in and very small wait time. Staff was very friendly and the provider was very helpful. Always a good experience with Indigo!

I can’t tell you how impressed I am with this Indigo. The Drs assistant was wonderful, so caring and knowledgeable. The facility was so clean and well managed. Highly recommend

Got the cold that is going around and had ear pain, scheduled easily online! Was checked in quickly and the girl was very friendly. Went almost straight back to a room and was checked in and seen quickly. Spencer was great and gave me some ideas of what might help at home. Wonderful experience!

The office was clean and the receptionist and nurse were great. I was not happy with the nurse practitioner. I went in complaining of a scratchy/itchy throat and rash on my hands and face. She looked at the rash on my face and immediately said well let’s try an antibiotic. I asked are you going to look at my throat? She then looked at my throat and I said so what’s wrong with me why are you prescribing an oral medication and she said she wasn’t sure but could be bacterial. I stated i was not going to just try an oral medication to see if it helps if she doesn’t know what’s wrong with me and she said well we can try a cream instead, I agreed to the cream and she said ok we will get you out of here and she sent the nurse back in with my paperwork. I asked the nurse what cream I was getting and how do I administer and she wasn’t sure. She tried her best and read me the paperwork and explained the nurse practitioner should have went over the medication with me.  I usually have a really good experience when I bring my kids here however did not tonight. After reading online there are ways to actually test for a bacterial infection and I think that should have been done instead of treating me like a lab rat and giving me medication as a trial and error.

All, scheduling, check in, Staff, Care, were outstanding, beyond best standards. Thank you very much !!!

Wait time a bit long but understandable this time of year. Love that I was able to wait at home and get a text to come back when ready! The PA and nurse were so nice. Always a great experience when going there. Thank you!
