Staff was wonderful. Paul showed that he was sincerely interested in me and my care. Also, having coffee and other beverages for patients waiting to be seen was unbelievable and so appreciated, thank you so much.

Needed an appointment in a quick hurry and they squeezed me right in, and we're very professional. Mica Crisp was awesome at getting the metal out of my eye and was very understanding if I needed a break for a second. Would most definitely reccomended him. His intern was a great sit in as well, she was eager to learn and gather all the information she could. She would be a great addition to your staff one day.

online scheduling was easy.  Simple check in.  All staff were pleasant and attentive.  unfortunately they didn’t have the ability to do the Xray i required but they referred me out.  Good, quick care

We used the walk-in option and got right in.   Everyone there was helpful and explained everything they were going to do to my grandson step by step and made sure he understood and was ready for them to begin.   This included the blood draw and EKG plus the normal stuff.   It made the experience not so scary.

Very Clean and comfortable facility.  Great staff from receptionist through caregivers.  Very professional and caring.  Easy scheduling and no wait if you’re scheduled.

My son and I were treated with such kindness and care. We both were so sick and I could barely function. I can’t remember the name of either the nurse or doctor but both ladies were so amazing. I live in bonney lake but will definitely travel to the orting urgent care just to be treated by them again in the future. Thank you so much.

I was seen a week ago in the ER for my medical problems, and saddly my symptoms came back within a vengeance, doctor not only listed to me but also went extra mile and solved a 3 year possible mystery that I been battleling with that made my symptoms worse, we won't know for 100% until I have the procedure done, but to me at least it's heading in right direction, what I find it funny is that a doctor solved this at your clinic with in 2 minutes that others never bothered to check even when I explained and showed it to them. Thank you Orting Urgent care this a second time you guys helped me solve a problem and seek proper treatment, to me that's top notch service and you guys deserve way more credit that is given. Thank you again. Long time happy patient.
