I had an extremely disappointing experience with dr asmah tadmori at this Quick Care. As a mother of a special needs child, I was shocked by her lack of basic empathy and professionalism. On multiple occasions, she disregarded what had happened to both myself and my son, choosing to only address my 13-year-old son, even though I, as the patient’s mother, was present and responsible for his care. What was most upsetting is that she failed to acknowledge my son's special needs and made no effort to communicate with me directly about his condition or treatment. It felt as though she had zero understanding of the importance of listening to the concerns of parents, especially in such sensitive situations. Her approach was dismissive and unprofessional, and it’s clear she needs training in both basic human interaction and customer service. I highly recommend that she take courses in these areas to ensure she provides a more compassionate, respectful, and holistic experience for patients and their families.

Everyone is so kind and caring. There are clinics closer to me but my family has always been given such great care that I would rather drive further even sick to come here. The Dr. was so understanding and everyone including the staff that greets you is so nice and accommodating. 10 stars if I could!

I had no problem setting an appointment with Indigo in Puyallup. When I arrived, I noticed the staff was very friendly, and the facility was spotless. I saw Kacey Candelaria, PA-C. She was very polite and talked to me about the medications she was giving me and how to correctly take them. One of the things I learned was that I should be taking my inhaler more often than I was currently doing. Overall, the visit was positive, from the ease of the scheduling to the end of the appointment. I would recommend Indigo Urgent Care to my friends.

Staff was beyond amazing and welcoming the wait time was a little long but I understand and ran some errands while I waited. Overall my visit was great

I came in for a skin problem. The folks who check me in were nice, I appreciated Duaine being calm and collected. I was also delighted to learn that I could take a bottled water or make myself tea/coffee from a little nook nearby the desk. That was a surprise, and I felt welcomed. Yolanda seemed impatient, and the PA, Olson, was mostly apathetic about understanding me. I felt like I was being paraded through their diagnostic questions, checked for other signs, and given a diagnosis and treatment. I just wish their customer service was geared towards making me feel better as a person, and for me feeling confused as I am trying to understand my body as I age. I felt let down, but what did they care? Duaine did hand me my visit summary papers and asked how I felt. I shared my self-reflection over my problem, and my feelings about aging. They seemed to relate. I was happy to have been made to feel a little better by everyone (except Yolanda and Olson). If I have any other problems before my next appointment, I will certainly come back to this clinic because there is some continuity. I just do not feel like Olson is a people-person.

The scheduling and check-in was amazingly easy. The staff and the care they provided was kind, professional and absolutely superlative.  I highly recommend this location and staff for your medical needs.

Had a problem, was nervous and uncomfortable about it. Staff and dr's were friendly and knowledgeable, it made me feel a little at ease. I don't like visiting the dr. But this place is good, wait time wasn't long at all and dr was down to earth which is hard to find.

Checking in was so easy. Was a walk in and told it would be at least an hour or so . Sat down to wait and I don’t even think it was 20 minutes when I was called back . Check up was very pleasant.     Thank you to all the staff

Everyone there was amazing and super kind. I very much appreciated that. Would definitely recommend coming here if in need of urgent care. The NP definitely helped ease my mind and anxiety. I greatly appreciated her help.
