Excellent service from the front desk to my exit. Top notch!

It’s Christmas morning, I was able to book a time slot and they were there to help my daughter. I appreciate you guys soooooooo much!  I am thankful you guys are open early and helping us on a day where the world is still asleep and you guys are up, at work and so nice!  Thank you!  Seriously. As always the staff goes above and beyond giving excellent care.

I woke up this morning with cough that was not going away. So I decided to see a doctor today to help me out. I am glad it went well.

Grateful we found Indigo Urgent Care. It was the reviews that led us to Indigo. Got great care and lucky to get in. Thank you to the front desk and everyone to the back of the clinic that took care of us. We appreciate you!!

I checked in at 12:00 pm and was told it was 3 hrs wait time . So I decided to wait. After 3hrs had passed I approached the front counter and asked how long before they call my name and was told by the staff that I could reschedule my appointment . I was kine of upset  that they couldn’t tell me the approximate time or estimated time so as I could have some kine of hope that they see me and help me . I was then told that there is 8 more patients in front of me before they can see me and was told again if I wanted to come back another day ( reschedule an appointment). This after waiting 3 hours of waiting. I was also upset as I see people coming in and leaving as I m still waiting to be seen . There were only about 5 people waiting in the room to be seen, I’ve gotten some kine of stomach bug that I was almost clear my system and need a doctor’s clearance with doctor’s note to return back to work. Lesson learned.. stay healthy my friend.

They gave me a tonal shot, -high dosage of ibuprofen.  If they had read my my chart I already take high dosages of ibuprofen.   The injection did nothing!  She prescribed muscle relaxers, but when I called the pharmacy they had never received them.   This was 3.5 hrs after my appointment.  Pretty disappointing. I’ve been here before although it’s been a couple years.  They should have staff that are more than PA’s when it’s an urgent care.  I will not be back

Walked in with my mom for UTI.  Was told there was about 2 hour wait.  We waited in vehicle and got text they were ready.  I don’t think we even waited an hour.  Great service, very friendly, fast but very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

I was in and out in 30 minutes with prescriptions already sent to my pharmacy. The staff was very nice. It is so easy to schedule online.

Called in to check for waiting time since i was walking in. The lady i spoke to on the phone was very helpful and was able to put me on the list through the phone! Everyone in the clinic was very friendly and professional
