Everything from scheduling to diagnosing went without a hitch. Their bedside manner and friendliness is top notch. Totally recommend.

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter who had a sore throat & fever. She was very nervous about what procedures would be done and asked a lot of questions. The staff was so understanding and answered all her questions and reassured her. She left there with happy that I was not at all as she expected and it was just as the staff had explained. And she got stickers. Thank you for your caring attitude & patience.

I was able to schedule a 6 o’clock appointment at 4:45 on a Thursday. Tienna checked me in quickly after helping someone with a billing question. Joe was super friendly and thorough, diplomatically deflected my wife’s wisecracks about my weight, and gave me great practical advice on how to deal with my injury. Nicole was fast and professional in taking my pulse etc and got great images on the X-ray system.  A great team effort - I’d highly recommend Joe and the helpful staff at Indigo Sammamish!

Was able to quickly get an appointment at Sammamish as my daughter had an injured shoulder and we wanted her to be seen straight away. Claudia Moroney was attentive and patient with my daughter and knew just what needed to be done to help alleviate her discomfort. Very impressed with the care and demeanor of all the staff who helped us that day.

Woke up this a.m. with the same stuffiness in ears, decided to handle through urgent care. I received some great treatment. On the incoming and care, I received some great treatment I caught the stuffy ears early so she gave me some recommendations that I could to use to clear it up.

Needed a follow-up visit because symptoms were persisting. Very attentive to my concerns. Decided to cover all the bases to get to the reason for my symptoms. Decided on a plan of action that ultimately did discover the issue.  Prescribed meds to help with the problem. All this in a short amount of time with very competent staff. Will definitely return for future medical needs.

I have been here 3 times this year and have always had a good experience. Claudia is great. And all staff is friendly and helpful.

Kid had flank pain so brought her in. Provider didn’t have the ability to schedule an ultrasound or even x-ray her abdomen to rule out constipation, so wrote an order to get sn ultrasound in next 24-48 hours.  Ended up going elsewhere, where they sent us to emergency - appendix had perforated.  In my opinion, urgent care needs basic imaging available.

I was feeling sick, so I went to Indigo, they helped me very fast! I had UTI, the Dr was very helpful and explain everything!

I liked the ease of walking in etc and seeing someone. I was however ‘none the wiser’ walking out. For me to go the docs in the first place must have mean’t I was really sick.  I had a bas swab taken for Covid/flu. I don’t think it was done properly as I didn’t feel it touch the inside of my nostrils at all or even go up very far. I was told it was a virus.  I got home and was ok for a few hours (considering) and then have been extremely sick for 3 days straight without being to lift my head. I’ve had temperature upto 102.6F with Covid/flu symptoms. I was told to go a doctor, but I already did that.
