I am very pleased with Multicare Indigo. I was a walk-in patient coming to them first time. I liked the registration process, it was online and DIY. The waiting time was minimal. The nurse and the provider were very helpful and transparent. They were attentive to my observations and problems. I will definitely recommend them.

Good experience. Checked the wait online before going in which was nice, and the check-in process was really easy, especially for being our first time. What was super uncool, inconsiderate, and downright unsafe is that our patient was physically *unable* to walk out of the office, but the staff.would not let us use the office wheelchair to get them to the car. Nope. I had to carry them down the sidewalk and across the parking lot in the rain - not at all safe.
