My visit was awesome.  However, I went in with horrific diarrhea and have been waiting over three days since I dropped off stool samples to get lab results. This is horrific.  Called, and they could not verify that the samples were sent to the lab.

From out of town and woke up with pain. The staff were friendly and understanding. Got me in quickly and addressed the pain. I was impressed with their customer service. Excellent care. Bi would definitely recommend them

Received a negative result of covid and influenza even though they haven’t swabbed me at all. When I told the staff they denied and said they did swabbed me. Told them I only removed my mask once which was when the doctor examined my throat and thats it. They did redo the swab but they did not gave any result after that. The doctor also did the checkup in a hurry and don’t want to entertain any other complaints and said to reschedule for any other symptoms not initially listed on your appointment. Also it took them almost 3 hours to send the prescription to walgreens for just 3 medicines that was prescribed. I have waited for 3 hours in rainy conditions outside the area without me taking any medicines. Imagine being sick and going through all this stuff. Really an unpleasant experience with them.

2nd time with this location (different staff), and my experience has been night and day. This time the doctor who helped me was able to pinpoint the issue and answer all my questions confidently and assured me that it will heal. Wait time was about 1 hour after I called to be put on the drop in list. Also super convenient location for me— easily walkable.

I understand the need to be flexible when more urgent patients present, but waiting 90” to be seen when you have an appointment is excessive

Computer access very easy and helpful. I did it all on line and saved time for first visit. The clinic is spotlessly clean and airy. Parking a breeze. All staff from phone to reception (Lupe) to MA to doc were outstanding. Thorough and respectful. My doc, Spencer (?) was quick and knowledgeable. Not there too often but I lucked out today. Knowing about this resource has restored my faith in healthcare.

Staff was amazing! Best urgent care visit I've had. Really appreciated your team & would drive the hour to come again.
