Wait time was fairly long but when they did see me it was pretty in and out. My main concern and problem is that I am a male, legally and everything but my clinic notes have me as she/her? I am worried there is a misunderstanding with the staff and hope y’all didn’t put in incorrect information when it comes to my insurance.

My PCP was a bit of a drive and I had been coughing for about a week and needed to see an urgent care doctor. It was super easy to make an appointment and everyone in the clinic was so kind and helpful. It made me feel like I made the right decision to come in to get checked up!

Scheduling is not as straightforward as it looks. “Walk-in” does not mean literally walk in. It’s actually same day appointments. You have to call ahead for a “walk in” appointment. I broke my ankle 2 days ago. Hubby brought me as a walk in around 6pm, the website said only 1 person head of me. However when we arrived there were actually 5, even though the wait room was empty. We were asked if we had called ahead to make an appointment? We had not. So we were turned away as they’d filled their walk in quota for the day. Disappointing. This is my one quibble. It shouldn’t be called “walk in” and the website info is not reliable. So whatever you do, call ahead. I got in easily the following morning and everything was quick and seamless. The place is clean, new and bright. I got an X-ray fast. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I got crutches and a referral, so I would recommend but don’t rely on walk in visits.

I woke up with post-nasal drip, uncontrollable coughing, and congestion that had been going on for seven days. Thankfully, I was able to schedule an appointment through the app for the same day in the afternoon. From check-in to check-out, the entire visit took under 55 minutes. Dr. Calvin Yi and his staff were attentive, asked applicable questions, and truly listened to my concerns. They provided clear instructions with prescriptions to help me get back on the road to wellness. I highly recommend the West Seattle location for their efficiency, professionalism, and excellent care.

Pleasantly surprised with our visit! Only 4 patients in the lobby, we walked in and within 2 minutes we were seen by the trauma nurse. And within 20 minutes were seen by the attending physician! Very nice modern and clean facility. We absolutely recommend this provider if you’re in need of an urgent care facility on a Sunday morning!
