First visit misdiagnosed on 11/25, second visit diagnosed correctly but referred to the wrong hospital. Although the beside manner was great I was diagnosed with a sprain when there was an obvious chip fracture and radial impact fracture that were clearly seen in the first set of X-rays on 11/25!! I am 61 years old and this can cause permanent damage. I will not use your clinic again.

Quick and easy! Entire staff very nice. I ended up with the flu! They prescribed a cough medicine for my horrible cough, and Tamaflu.

What a waste of my time with dr. Sent me to ER. Saw him for a total of 5 minutes. Worthless! I won't ever return. Now, I have 2 bills to pay. I can't believe I got charged for a dr visit, when he did nothing! I do not recommend dr.

Indigo Urgent Care recently opened in West Seattle, and there is a large sign on the door saying "Walk ins accepted", so when my husband was ill, we thought to give it a try. First let me say the clinic was clean and the staff kind. However, it was very apparent the preferred method was appointment. We walked in around 10 am, and the first question we were asked is if we had an appointment. It was obvious appointments were preferred over walkins. We were added to the list and told to come back around 12:15 which we did. The app said we were next in line and there were zero patients in front of us. We waited until almost 1 to get into a room, and his vitals were taken right away and we waited another 35 minutes before the doctor came in. In fact I had to go into the hall to remind them we were waiting. We left well after 2:00 pm. There was zero "urgency" for anyone who was ill. We saw other patients in need come in and told they'd have to wait up to 3 hours for the next available appointment, and then leave. This is a glorified clinic that is really for appointments, and not actual urgent care. They are clearly understaffed and it's sad we still do not have enough of these critical resources in the neighborhood. I'm sure their billing will be beyond expensive, am not looking forward to the end cost. Next time, I'll go back to the local Zoom clinic.

This was probably the best urgent care experience I have ever had! I had an animal bite and they got me in within an hour. Online check in was easy. Friendly across the board, clean and nice waiting area. All staff and doctors were caring and lovely. Had a shot, wound cleaning, and a prescription for antibiotics in under an hour. I’m so grateful to have them in my neighborhood! Thank you, Indigo!

Very nice office, team and doctor. The wait time as a walk in was long however it was very convenient for me as I work close by and was able to go back to my office until it was my time to be seen. I also appreciated being able to see my spot in line from my phone. It helped me plan for when I might need to heard over. Also appreciate that when you call the office number you get through directly to the front desk and not a call center.

I came in with my daughter for a strep rapid. Everything was nice and clean. The MA did a poor throat swab and the test came back negative. I ended up having to take her to Children’s urgent care where the RNs preformed the throat swab correctly and she was Strep A positive and able to start potentially life saving antibiotics. Strep A for under 5 yos is extremely dangerous. I’m so happy I trusted my intuition. We will not be returning.

Our appointment time is 4:30pm and we're arriving at 4:10pm check in and the 2 staff's at the desk, we're like ok we're checking you in but turns out they didn't check us in until 4:31 and didn't get out until 6:10pm, SMH! Appointment was made for a purpose.
