I first walked into a competitor’s. The doctor correctly diagnosed that I need stitches on a deep cut on my face. He said he couldn’t do that and referred me to the an emergency room in Lakewood some distance away. Instead I went to your nearby facility and was promptly and thoroughly.

I was able to schedule an appt easily.  Dr Mike and staff were very professional!  Excellent care and concerns from check in to check out!  Dr Mike listened and treated very appropriately!  This headache has lasted too long!  I do not like taking prednisone as I have osteoporosis!  However I am aware that this will be short term and  should knock it out with the antibiotic!  Thank you for what you do.

I had been very sick for a few days and made an appointment online which was very easy. I could not make that first appointment, and it was really easy to reschedule for following day. I was seen almost immediately & the staff were looking out for my best interest. They went above and beyond to try to help me figure out what was wrong. Definitely choose Indigo Puyallup Urgent Care. My go-to.

they were super fast calling my name to be seen & all of the staff are so kind and understanding. one of the employees even held the door open for my mom & i when leaving. this place will always be my favorite :)

For a first time, it was smooth sailing getting my son seen. All the staff was lovely, really holding a high bar for a first time encounter with everyone. The process was explained well, learning how the process worked was made very clear by the staff. I appreciated being able to leave and come back, keeping his spot in line. A test was administered, and we were told we were good to leave without results and without follow up text or email with those. It’s not a problem to call in the morning, but I would have liked to know how those turned out without having to take an extra step on my end. I would recommend indigo urgent care to my friends and family based on this experience, for sure.

I had a work incident and was able to be seen within a few hours, staff took extra time and attention to look into the details of what happened and how it could affect me (and my baby as I’m pregnant) and truly looked out for my best interest, front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful,  overall a good experience. I would recommend this provider.

Staff members were all extremely attentive and compassionate. Providers had great bedside manner and actually listened to all of my concerns. Follow up after the visit was prompt as well. Will continue to come to this clinic for all of my future needs, thank you!
